Called on Tuesday as water heater was leaking. Got a live person on the phone who set up an appointment for Sat. George looked after replacing the 2 water heaters within a couple of hours. He was great about calling ahead to let us know his ETA. Professional in his manner, cleaned the work area and took away all the old equipment. I would not hesitate to recommend Knight Plumbing and Heating, and George.

Changed leaking water tank and replace other inadequate equipment from previous contractors so the system operates properly

Had a problem with my furnace. Company said guy would be there 1-4 so took afternoon off. Guy turns up at 5.50. Goes down say for 10 mins and said it a filter problem. Felt embarrassed but pleased nothing worse. Then gives me bill for $204. They quote $75 for service call but what they don't tell you is that it's really $204. The guy then said he should be add another $139 as its late! BTW next day the furnace wasn't working and it wasn't the filter! He was taking photos after he did his job which I now realize was because he expected to come back and charge again for the work he should have done the first time!!!

We started out meeting with Dave - knowledgable, friendly, GREAT ideas! We booked our work... Very impressed with the trades that came out - especially Willie (plumbing) and Kevin (HVAC) - fast, professional work. Very neat. We even suggested more plumbing that had to be run and the plumber advised against - there was a cheaper/better way to fix our problem. Wow. Would strongly recommend Knight Plumbing. I am so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and most of all friendliness of the staff of Knight Plumbing. Our serviceman, Kevin, did a fantastic job of installing our new furnace. He communicated clearly the bumps along the way and quickly provided a solution. At the end, he took the time to walk me through how to use the new thermostat - which was much appreciated! Knight Plumbing will always be my first call for service. I highly recommend them to anyone!

My furnace stopped working 2 days ago. I called Knights and they put me on the out of hours list, saying is they had an opening during the day, for a lower fee, they would call me back. They did. Kevin and his colleague were knowledgable and kind. They fixed my furnace and now my house is warm again. Thanks

I called Knight Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning because our hot water tank quite working at 7:30 am. By 2 pm I had a new one installed. I can't say enough good things about how professional and kind Dan was to me being so upset that something else had "gone" in my home. Dave came out to help him with the install and because of these 2 men I have a working hot water tank. I will definitely be using this company again and will be recommending them to family and friends! Thanks again!!

I had the motor for my Carrier furnace replaced- it was making a loud grinding noise. The tech, Mr. Shank, was very good, I had no issues with him whatsoever. He was excellent!! The cost was good. No issues.

Great service from Willy at Knights. Originally I called about puddling around my hot water tank and to have my very old furnace cleaned. Suggested and quoted a price for an expansion tank for the water heater. Furnace was cleaned and space was tidied up when he left. Also gave great advice on the furnace filters I use. Next day when the heat should have kicked in it didnt. Pilot light was out and wouldnt stay lit. He came back checked the thermocoupler as it was the issue and got it all fired up in no time !!
