Job 1: For water leak, Kris A. arrived on time, was very professional, and rapidly found the source of the cold water pipe leak in the ceiling, and carried out the repair. Would definitely ask for him to come to the house if there was another leak from my older style piping. Job 2: Geoff S. and Leigh O. arrived on time, were professional, and took the time to explain things about my old furnace, and things to watch out for. A new digital thermostat was installed and is working great. Would highly recommend Knight to anyone.

Kevin came to our house to repair our furnace after our hamster escaped from her cage and, unfortunately, ended up inside the furnace. He came on a Saturday evening and his work was quick. We appreciated the gross factor in the task, but he was professional and courteous. Several other furnace repair companies refused to even look at our furnace. I would recommend Knight Plumbing to anyone, and have booked a furnace and duct cleaning with them for next week.

The repair guys that came to look at my furnace were wonderful and very friendly but the reason for the 7 and not the 10 was that I waited a long time for them to come the first visit I waited all day and finally after I called at 5pm to see when they would show up they said they were backed up and I was next. They charged me for the time but didn't actually fix anything. They said I need an electrician, And they would send one the next morning. Well I phone in the morning and they told me someone would come between noon and 4. Well again I waited all day and after I called again they said I was next in line, and again they showed up at free 5pm. With another charge for labor and a new beaker part. To top it off, I would need another part replaced which of course the 2nd guy didn't have and would have to come by again the next day to replace.... with yet another minimum labor cost of $ 130. So in recap 3 visits in 3 days to replace 2 parts (a breaker and a pressure switch) which are both relatively cheap)

Service plumber arrived at the house, cleared the drain in 30 mins or less and than charged us $200 for the service call and drain cleaning. Ridiculous ..... Plumber wouldn't take a cheque and would only take cash in the end. I contacted the firm and requested a manager review the bill and was told they would follow up with the plumber and get back to me. Repeated calls and no follow up, just excuses. I'd have accepted the crazy price if they had had the courtesy to at least follow up

Woke up this morning to a cold nose.... Called Knight Plumbing Heating & A/C. As usual, (I've been calling Knight Plumbing since I moved in and needed Furnace help from the sewer backup in 2005), someone was here, Karl, within an hour. Karl knew his stuff, went out to get new motor and had it installed in no time. Courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my silly questions, even called some experts for a couple of kitchen sink questions I had. Can't ask for better service than that..... Thank you.....

George and his assistant were very professional and did a great job! They replaced both water tanks and added some additional shut off valves, which were not put in place by the initial people who put the water tanks in.

Had knight heating and plumbing put in a new high efficiency furnace. Kevin, the installer was very professional took great care in keeping my house clean during the install. Within a few hours the old furnace was removed and the new one install without any issues. Spent time to get explain the workings and the controls. Very happy with the work.

I just had Jay in to do a diagnosis on my kitchen faucet. He was extremely professional, amiable, and made it an enjoyable experience. It was obvious that he had a lot of knowledge and experience and that made me feel like I was getting done what needed to be done the way it should be done. I have used Knight before and I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Jay!!

Had a new dishwasher installed by Dan and a furnace service from Geoff. Friendly, professional and quality service on both occasions. Knight technicians always review any proposed work and prices and get the homeowner 's approval before proceeding. Quality service at competitive rates. Subsequently we needed to replace our furnaces. It had to happen at short notice. Knight accommodated us and provided a very competitive price and excellent service. Kevin did a fantastic job that allowed us to go on vacation with peace of mind.
