Recently my 23 year old hot water tank passed away and I was in need of a new one. I gave Knight Plumbing and Heating a call in hopes of finding someone who could come out in short order and look after my problem. I found everyone to be extremely courteous and professional. Kris the technician came over and installed and nice new tank. While doing so, he was explaining how everything worked, and how at Knight Plumbing they add another anode to their hot water tanks to extend the warranty to ten years. I would recommend using Knight Plumbing and Heating to get you up and running again in no time.

Kevin and Andrew installed a new Goodman Furnace on the coldest day of the year. They really worked efficiently and completed the job the same day. Very personable fellows, cleaned up after themselves and were very patient with us learning the new furnace functions. Would highly recommend them to work at our house anytime. Thank you.

Kevin responded to my call in a prompt and professional manner. The repair and parts were readily available. Kevin's work was fast, efficient and he was able to explain to me what the problem was and the repair required.

I called Knight Plumbing after Atco gas came and let me know I needed a new valve on my hot water tank. The pilot light would not stay on. The office staff member was very professional and said she would have a service person call me. Dan called within minutes. Once we had established the model needed, Dan said he would call and arrange to pick up the part. He called me back to say he had the part and the good news was it was under warranty. He had checked. Dan was able to supply and install the new valve. He was very thorough and explained about the use of that and caring for the tank. I was very impressed with service from beginning to end. I was also thrilled they were able to accommodate me on a Friday afternoon.

Kevin was great to have at our house; he was professional and friendly. The only reason I left 9/10 stars was because he was over an hour late, but he did call to let us know in advance and it was also the beginning of high season. Overall it was an excellent job well done.

Knight Plumbing & Heating have a very good system /process that provides a great customer service experience right from the first phone call. Kevin, Leigh and George are great to work with and are very personable. They scheduled our furnace replacement much fast than I expected. The installation was quick and looks better than the original furnace install. You can tell they take pride in their work. We will call them first for future maintenance and service.

We initially contacted Knight Plumbing & Heating for furnace and duct cleaning. Following the cleaning on Friday the 18th, we heard a noise coming from the furnace and called the company. The technician, George, arrived within a half hour and said a part was broken and a replacement would be quite expensive. Due to the age of the furnace, he recommended replacement to which we agreed. The furnace was replaced on Monday the 28th and has been running well since. George had to come back the next day to install a drain line as the part had not been with the initial package. The area was left clean and tidy.

Mark in Calgary - Knight Plumbing provided me with confidence every step of the way, including the 2-3 hours Jonathan the sales rep spent with us explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. He has been prompt to return calls from beginning to end. Kevin,the installer, was the same he took the time to answer all my questions, was knowledgeable, and also left me feeling confident that of a job well done and that I had made the correct choice on product and supplier. I would not hesitate to recommend Knight to anyone looking for a new furnace.

After our furnace had suddenly stopped working at 5 in the morning, Knight was the only company to actually pick up the phone and get someone out for a service call. We were pleasantly surprised by Knights service. Our technician was called Kevin and he was very prompt to call us back and was at our house within the half hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly and restored the heat in our house in less than a hour. Thank you so much for this quick service!! We will be using your services in the future!
