We had an emergency with our furnace. I called Knight and they immediately set up a service call; Kevin arrived shortly after. He was superb - quickly inspecting and diagnosing the situation, and then completing all the necessary repairs. Everything was handled very professionally. I will definitely use Knight again and recommend them to my family and friends.

We had a terrible noise coming from the furnace and also were due for a cleaning. I called up and had an appointment quickly scheduled. Karl and Andrew came out, serviced, fixed and cleaned our furnace and did a great job! It was done quickly and they took care when coming in the house and cleaned up their mess! Not to mention they were two of the nicest guys! I will refer and use again next time for sure.

We had Knight plumbing come in to check on a plugged drain. They fixed that promptly and also did an additional repair while they were here. They were prompt and courteous. I would certainly use them again.

George was very friendly and helpful. He explained why my hot-water-on-demand system was acting up, fixed it and offered suggestions for how to avoid the problem in the future. Thanks!

I had an inspection done as there had been some issues and I wanted to avoid additional issues as the weather gets colder. Kevin was the tech that came out. He was polite, detailed and not judgey when he saw my furnace filter ( turns out that was the problem) :). Living in Canada I don't mess around with heat related issues and neither do these guys. I would highly recommend Knight and Kevin to anyone.

We had a problem with our toilet. I contacted my landlord and he called this company. They had called me within about 10 minutes and the staff on the phone were very friendly to deal with putting notes on the file that I would be out for 20 minutes to pick up my children from school as they could not give an exact time for their service call. They were able to see me that day and Dan was the technician they sent. He was very pleasant. He had to wait to hear back from my landlord but seemed happy to do so and I was very very appreciative of this as I really didn't want to have to schedule another time to be home. Anyway he waited and spoke to my landlord and the toilet was fixed. From the first contact with them to discuss the problem at approximately 11:45 the issue was resolved by 1:45 - couldn't be happier!

We have been using Knight Plumbing for our Plumbing and Heating needs for a few years now. They have always been so fast to respond and take such good care of all our Suites throughout Calgary. They are efficient, friendly, and very professional. They take pride in a job well done and always back up their work. We most recently had a heating issue in one of our units, Knight plumbing took into consideration the urgency of this call and although they had us confirmed with an appointment the next day, they were able to accommodate us that same afternoon within an hour of the call. I would not hesitate to recommend Knight Plumbing to anyone for their Plumbing and Heating needs. Keep up the great work!

I recently had to call Knight's Plumbing after hours because of a toilet repair. The ballcock broke off (old) and when I tried to shut the toilet off altogether, the shutoff valve failed, and was spraying water into the bathroom. I could not wait for a daytime service at that point, and when I called Geoff, he came out at 9:00 P.M. with no problem. He replaced the parts as required and suggested that I become a Preferred customer to save money on the cost that evening and also he discussed the benefits of the program with me. I was most satisfied and Geoff was gone within 90 minutes from the time he first looked at my problem. Many thanks.

I had Dan over to fix a problem I was having with my Water Heater. He was punctual and professional. While he was here he also did an inspection of all my plumbing and gave me his recommendations. I would have Knight Plumbing back for any future work. Thanks!

Wanted at leaky laundry tap replaced. The first visit (pre-survey.) cost $75 to check out the job and determine the main shutoff needed to be replaced. The second visit ( another $75 ) required the City o shut off the water. They came 20 minutes early. Knight Plumbing and Heating came just over 2 hours late. The office kept insisting the tech was "on his way". After replacing the shutoff at the agreed price, he was about to work on the taps when heinformed me I was already into the company for an extra hours labour ($130) for stopping at the warehouse to pick up the new taps. That was when I kindly invited him to get out of my house! So now I have spent over $500 to get my shutoff replaced and I still have leaky faucets! A month later, I talked to the service manager. He credited my previous bill to a more reasonable amount. A technician came 2 days later and replaced the taps at the agreed price. This second visit went exactly as I would expect for a professional plumbing company. I am satisfied with the end result!
