i called the company at 9:30am, they initially said it would be 2 days for a service technician to be available. As it turned out, they were able to accommodate the call early afternoon the same day. The technician arrived, Kevin, and was very certious. The initial assessment wasn't easy or conclusive. upon additional trouble shouting, issue was identified and repaired.

We required a new pump and cleaning of our hot water heater....George was very responsive and aware of our budget....timely work that was delivered on time.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Their staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable. They arrive on time and are ready to work. They are very efficient & careful getting the job done. The technicians this time were Karl & Andrew. Met Karl before was very pleased; he is consistently good at his job. Andrew he demonstrated all the good qualities Knight employees are know for. Have recommended Knight to others. Bonus - rates are competitive. Keep up.the good work! So glad I found you.

When we moved into our condo we found that the previous owners had been venting their dryer and one of their bathrooms into the garage. Knight Plumbing and Heating came out, provided us with an estimate, then scheduled the work which was done neatly and efficiently. The technician explained how to take care of our lint filter and booster fan as well as the other services that Knight provides. Overall this was a very good experience.

Used the chat feature on their web site at 11:45 AM They called me at noon to set up an appointment. Service tech Kevin showed up at 1:00 and completed the work in less than an hour.

The problem was correctly indicated on the work-order. The technician, Carlos, was courteous, prompt and quick to get the job done. He had the appropriate parts with him - and that saved quite a bit of time in completing the work. I also received a courtesy call to announce the lead and arrival time of the technician.

Everything started as a leaking valve but after some investigation there was a scaling issue. So a water softener was installed and tankless water heater serviced. There was obviously a lot of scaling so was timely service and addition. Ended up spending more than originally thought, but with an experienced plumber I'm certain future costs and headaches was avoided.

Prompt response to emergency need due to leaky hot water tank. Arrived within two hours and called in advance to advise of near arrival. Jay clearly explained the issues and presented all of our options. Professional in all aspects of interaction. Had new hot water tank in a couple of hours and had our peace of mind back. Highly recommend Knight Plumbing for professional, courteous service and a fair price!

They came out the same day because of a leaking water heater. Jay was very courteous, effient. He was awesome at answering my questions and giving me information. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
