Contacted company on a Saturday and had an immediate call back. Service agent called again before he came over. Work was done well as far as I can see. I was given a complete explanation of how the controls work. Only problem I encountered was with the soldering as the smoke detectors alarmed which set off the security system. After 3 calls from the security company they disabled my system until the job was complete. Service agent was both professional and courteous.

Have always experienced prompt and experienced technicians with this Company. Carlos was very courteous and informative and had the work completed in no time. Extremely satisfied and also would highly recommend this Company.

I booked a service call for my furnace as it was having trouble running. George came by and determined it was a broken heat exchanger. He recommended replacing the entire furnace as it was 15 years old and replacing the heat exchanger could run about $2k. I opted to go for a new furnace. They were able to book the installation quickly and for a date that worked for me. Kevin arrived on the scheduled day and was able to get everything installed within the single day and I finally had working heat. I was happy with Kevin's work and he cleaned up his work site after he was done. He was able to answer all my questions. All his work performed passed city inspection.

Carlos was excellent. I called on the weekend and they call me back Monday morning. We had our problem fixed that same afternoon. We were very pleased with the service and how quickly was done.

Andrew was professional and quick when he came to clean the furnace and ducts. George did the inspection. He was also very professional and very friendly. He gave me lots of recommendations relevant to small children and future basement development which I appreciated.

I had a leak in the pipe leading to the hot water tank and talked to Denice about getting it repaired. She sent someone that day. Jason called before he came. He had the repair completed in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate his courteous and professional attitude. He explained everything, left his card, and said to call with any other problems. I've used Knight Plumbing before and I will definitely call them again! I'm always pleased with their service.

Knight Plumbing replaced my 20 year old furnace with a new high efficiency model. Pipes in the immediate area of the furnace and water tank ere also upgraded. The work was expertly done by Technician George
