    furnace inspection

    Karl was very conversant and explained in" easy to understand" terms what he was doing. He welcomed my presence during the inspection and we had a good two-way conversation. He also did not waste time, but concentrated on the task at hand.I also found the people I spoke to in the office (via telephone) to be very efficient and pleasant.

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    The service I received from Knight was very good. Andrew the technician was very friendly and efficient and I appreciated how he arrived on time and also called before he came to confirm our appointment. I appreciated him giving me feedback on our furnace and duct condition and what he did while he was at my home. Thank you very much and I would definitely recommend Knight's to others.

    Furnace replacement

    The installation technician Karl, is an excellent job planner and very thorough in his work. He left the work area very clean upon completion of the job and gave detailed instructions on filter changing and replacement of batteries in the thermostat.

    Hot water tank repair

    No hot water in my 80 gallon electric hot water tank. it took 2 services calls to fix the problem, but there was no labour charge on the 2nd call.

    Replacement of furnaces and water heater

    This was a significant project, as the old furnaces were over 20 years old and so a new exhaust system had to be designed and installed, as well the installation of the new equipment. Throughout the whole process, the men involved, Karl, Willie, Kevin, Shawn and Jeff (I asked for their names) were a pleasure to have around the house. People turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would and were pleasant and humorous the whole time, even on one occasion when it was clear that things weren’t going as smoothly as they’d thought. I’ve used Knight for several projects now and have always felt that their prices were reasonable, their service levels and attention to detail were good, that I wasn’t being “upsold” and that I was getting knowledgeable, unbiased advice whenever I had questions. Highly recommended. An update: we subsequently had a problem with the carbon monoxide detectors going off. In the event, it turned out that this wasn't connected with the work they'd done, but Knight were extremely helpful in fitting me in as an emergency call-out, even though I live in Bragg Creek, well beyond the city

    Brown spots on ceiling

    I was impress with service provided by Jason; he was knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for making my life a little bit easier by changing our shower cartridge, which was leaking through kitchen ceiling.

    Install humidifier

    Remove old humidifier and install new one. Completed satisfactory and cleaned up after. Showed up when scheduled.

    Replaced hot water tank

    Tank was leaking at 8pm. Called 5 plumbers who advertise after hours service. Knight has an answering service that connects you right away. Dan showed up within 40 minutes and replaced the tank and sorted us out. Yes it's a premium cost but he showed up, brought the tank and solved the problem after hours. Dan was great, very friendly and did a very good job. I would recommend him and Knight.
