Had a leak from hoses connecting with sink in upstairs bathroom which was coming through the drywall in the kitchen nook ceiling. Even though this was early Sunday morning, Daniel was on site within 45 minutes. He had to make two holes in the ceiling to find the location of the leak. Job was completed within three hours. Because the leak was assessed and repaired quickly, there was little damage done to the kitchen ceiling. Daniel was very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. Very satisfied with his work.

We met with Jonathan for an afternoon and went through, in detail, our existing HVAC system and what our options were for installing AC units in our home. There was absolutely no pressure on selling or 'up-selling' of any kind. We committed to the project that same day. Our technician Karl was the lead on the project. The work was completed over three days given we were installing 3 units, and anytime we had a question Karl was more than happy to take time and ensure we were satisfied with the answers. All aspects including placement of the units, quality of the plumbing around the install, to the sound operation of the units met our expectations 100%. We had an old copper elbow pipe spring a leak in our basement. It was after 5 PM, so we called on Knight Plumbing to protect our Castle. Jason was the on call emergency plumber and arrived within 2 hours of our call. Within 30 minutes he repaired the leaking elbow pipe. Jason was very friendly, courteous and removed his shoes at the door. He explained what he was doing while I watched him make the repairs. He was very efficient and cleaned up the area around the leak. Great job

These gents were very social and very hard working. They ran into some issues with our house and worked through the rain to fix them. They came back the next day and finished the job very well. Over all great service and company.

I placed an emergency after hours call to Knight Plumbing. They took my info and said that their on-call person would call me back. 5 minutes later, Clint called and said he was on his way. Clint cut out the leaky plastic valve going into the top of my hot water tank, replace it with a much better metal version and was all done in about 30 minutes. Quick, professional, quality service.... Exactly what you are looking for in an after hours emergency call. I would definitely recommend Knight Plumbing to my friends. Thanks again Clint!

Called Knight plumbing - spoke to a real person right away!!! And a very pleasant one at that! Said they would send someone as soon as available. Clint came out and replaced my hot water tank in a couple of hours and did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough and never pressured me. Mentioned a coupon I was able to use and got my 5% senior discount. A most pleasant and capable young man. There was a 2 x 4 blocking the exit of the old tank which he said was no problem and took care of it with no issues. What a pleasant and unique experience! No hidden charges.

She also provided a few options for the issue we had with our leak but let me know her opinion on long term value which is the option we chose.
