Hi - First I would like to say I'm sorry to hear Frank Howard retired. He was fabulous! We were introduced to Knight Plumbing when we purchased a Jayman home and Frank was my guy who helped me trouble shoot all my issues - especially with the Navien! Today the exceptional service continues with people like Daniel the technician and Alex M. the apprentice who came to fix the leaking/disassembled Moen faucet mess my husband and I created by thinking Youtube would make us "handy". They were understanding, non-judging and very customer service oriented. They solved my issue faucet works fabulous. I wish all repair places had people like this! Thanks so much.....

Ciara came early was very professional. She provided options and estimate for the work required. The work was completed quickly and the work area was left clean. We were given a 2 year warranty We were not pressured to have other work done

Your technician Dan did not give up on our tough and stubborn two drain blockages. Without Dan, we were hooped without the ability to use any home conveniences that used water. Even at the late hour of the day, Dan showed up, pleasant and ready, and worked at the blockages until resolved despite the frustrations of dislodging those blockages. He persisted to success and we are so glad he did. Thanks Dan for getting the job done. We appreciate your dogged efforts. As you said, sometimes the sun does shine where least expected.

Ciara came to my house and respectfully put on her booties before coming to check out the bathtub situation and back of the house water connection. She explained the water connection issue to us and then went to fix the tub. Very polite and knowledgeable lady, she was efficient and friendly, she set down a tarp to prevent any mess and i appreciated her efforts. Thank you Ciara

Water stem broke as it was from 1969, had to turn water off to the whole house. Ciara managed to loosen the hose bibs and replace them. Lots of hard work, very pleasant and efficient.

We had our water tank replaced by Knight in April 2015 under warranty. The hot water tank stopped working on May 13, 2016. We called Knight and they sent Daniel out that afternoon. Daniel worked very hard trying to resolve the problem - he was here for 4 hours, replaced parts, and still the tank would not work. Even tech support was stumped and could not help. Daniel and his supervisor, Dave, worked on our behalf to get another tank (different manufacturer!) for us installed the next morning - which kept us from having to go all weekend without hot water! We were told that they would be here at 9:00 am the next morning (a Saturday). Daniel and Sierra arrived at 8:40 am. They had the new tank installed and running within 1.5 hours! Awesome job! We are very impressed with Knight Plumbing. They went above and beyond for us, and we appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and friendly techs!

Super fast and friendly... Great workmanship and advice. I called for service at 1pm the repair was done and house was back to normal by 3:30pm which was great! Jason was friendly and professional. Will recommend to everyone..

Toilet was not flushing properly Sink fell off the wall and the drain broke. Daniel was very friendly and got the job pretty quick. Will definitely call again if we need work done. Love the greeting when I called to book the appointment. She definitely made me smile :)

I had George and Tyler from Knight Plumbing at my home on the 11th of May to have my new A/C unit installed. George was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the job, answered all of my questions and was very thorough in the job completed.
