I would like to thank Dave Hackett and KARL (Technician) for the great service I got from Knight. The location of my humidifier was changed over and fixed. It is now working and all work done is looking very professional. Also got a great lesson on how my humidifier works and now know how to maintain it. Thank-you so very much!

There was a water leakage from Water heater tank. I contacted company's service no. and i explained them my whole situation and they informed me that a technician will call me in 10 mins. Technician came within 1 hour and fixed the issue. And i am more than satisfied with his job. He has done a really great job with full cooperation and patience. We were an exhibitor at the Calgary Home and Garden Show and Knight Plumbing was kind enough to loan us a toilet for our family day activity. They not only lent us the toilet, they helped us to bring it to our booth and back. Came home from dr. appt to find water spraying from the outlet of the hot water tank. Turned off cold water inlet off but it started to spray also, Turned off main water inlet and called knight plumbing on Monday. Dan came out early Tuesday morning and fixed all issues. Very please with prompt, efficient and courteous service and will call again if need arises.

The hot water tank in my home started to spring a leak and we had a small river running through our basement. Fortunately, knight plumbing was very quick to respond to our distress call and came in on the same day to help us out. The folks at the call centre were all very friendly and knowledgable, as well the technicians (Dan and Ciara) who helped me with the install were all very professional and friendly. The work completed was very quick and everybody was courteous enough to clean up after the install. I'm very happy with Knight Plumbing, and will call upon them again the next time my castle needs saving.

Came home to flooded basement and knight plumbing was here within an hour and replaced our hot water tank. Our tech Dan was so friendly and helpful and answered all the questions we had.
