Service response ( excellent ), technician Karl very friendly. Ran into a few surprises in cost but worked through it. Very happy with the service. Thank you for the service.

Emergency (Saturday a.m.) water leak. Quick response on phone, and Dan (Technician) called back immediately and was at our home in less than an hour. Quickly identified the issue / location and repair was completed quickly and efficiently. Dan took the time to explain issues with PolyB piping and what an overall replacement might look like. Super service from initial phone call to job completion!!!

Saturday of long weekend, my furnace stopped working. Due to expense decided to tough it out til Tuesday. Company, I had used, advised wouldn't be out for another day. Called Knight Plumbing and Heating. Young lady (maria) was very empathetic and helpful said she would try to get someone out same day. Technician (Karl) was there within 2 hours. He inspected the furnace and explained what he thought was needed to fix it. He did everything possible to repair furnace. I decided I needed new furnace but was worried about waiting another week. But it was installed the next day. Karl and Ciara were wonderful. They are personable knowledgeable and professional. They were on time, very diligent in completing the job. The job site was kept clean and tidy at all times. Karl explained everything they had done + what I need to do to maintain the equipment in good working order. The inspector was just here to give his stamp of approval as well. Thank you everyone at Knight Plumbing Heating and a/c. You have a new loyal customer. I have already recommended to another customer and will continue to do so. Keep up the work. Special thanks to Karl!!!

After paying a different plumbing company for two days to discover nothing we decided to switch to Knight Plumbing. It took Jason less than two hours to identify what took the other plumbing company 2 days to not figure out!! Jason was a wealth of knowledge and very professional. It was a great relief for my wife and I to know that we were in good hands and that our issue was going to be resolved in a timiley manner. Going forward Knight Plumbing will be the one and only company we will call. Thanks for the great service!!

Jason was very good at keeping me informed if there were issues that would add to the cost. He was also informative on what I could order that was less expensive and what products were available at what cost. Both Tyler and Jason were very professional and productive while working at my home.

Had to change my hot water tank. Jason and Tyler did a great job finding a slim design tank to fit the limited available space in my furnace room. They explained the options clearly and was really happy with their work.

Dan came to our home and was very professional and and helpful, worked efficiently and would not hesitate to have him come back. We were out of hot water and Dan advised me that our tank was eight years old and would cost approximately $700 to fix the problem so he highly recommended we buy a new tank that would work more efficiently and would have all the warantee's in place. Great job Dan!

After 2 wasted weekends trying to figure out what was restricting the flow of hot water in my home, I finally swallowed my DIY pride and called Knight Plumbing. Jason arrived slightly before our scheduled appointment. Within 10 minutes of being in the house he had identified the source of the issue ( A plugged hidden filter) and had the whole job done and dusted in under an hour! Now I can spend my weekend watching the super bowl! Thanks Jason!

I phoned to book a service call and was greeted by a very friendly lady named Pat. I also spoke to Maria and Sherry - all were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Although they were fully booked for the day, they managed to find us a Technician that had a free moment at the end of the day and was able to squeeze us in. They sent Dustin over and he found the pin hole leak in the PCV piping (where the leak was coming from in the basement) within seconds. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, calm and reassuring. He had the leak fixed in no time! Fantastic job! Will certainly recommend Knight Plumbing to everyone we know who has plumbing needs.

Jason came by and replaced the motor on my hot water tank. He had to go pick up new parts and it was Fast service and good company! He was knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again!
