My furnace stopped working the night of Saturday Jan 23rd. Sunday morning I called Knight and reached an operator right away and she dispatched a service call, and the technician called me within a few minutes. He arrived at my home in less than an hour. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the broken ignition unit on my furnace. He also checked over all other components of my furnace, as well as the humidifier and water heater to report everything else was in great working condition. The technician Karl with Knight Plumbing & Heating was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very pleased with my experience, and the service I received from this company truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call on Knight Plumbing & Heating company for all my future servicing needs and will recommend them to my friends.

Had a hot water pipe leak happening close to midnight on the weekend. Called their after hours line and they promptly sent in a young technician called Justin. Justin was knowledgeable, efficient and fast. He removed the leaked piping, welding it in place and leaving the house clean. Great job Justin and would recommend him for a bonus.

Our technician Dan called before arriving and came on time and did an excellent job. He had to cut a hole in the wall to do the work but he cleaned up all the mess and dust afterwards.

We have 2 hot water tanks and one started leaking with water all over the basement. They were both 20 years old so we definitely got our moneys worth. Jason came to help us out, he worked with us on the cost of doing after hours and also during the daytime, which a lot of companies just go ahead and replace/fix and don't let the customer decide. Jason came back during the next day with Reanne (sp) as a helper and the work was done. They cleaned up everything and even took our non-working water softner with them. They made it a very stress free time for us. Thank you. We will be definitely working with A-Assured Plumbing again.

Jason came by after we discovered a leak in the basement with an unknown source. He was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. He went above and beyond, not only finding the problem but providing a fix and guidance. Honestly, best experience I've had yet from any service. Would hope we don't run into any problems again in the future, but if we do, I would ask for Jason. Incredible work ethic! Thank you again!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jason and Brian from Knight Plumbing for coming out and replacing all the Poly B pipe in our house. After having Jason out on a few occassions to fix the leaks that we kept getting we were so impressed with Jason and Knight Plumbing that we decided to go ahead and have Jason replace all the Poly B pipe. It was a big job but I can say we were very happy with all the work that Jason and Brian did and the quality of work that was done. Jason and Brian were extremely helpful and a pleasure to have in our house. Jason made sure that we were happy with everything that was done and made himself available to answer all our questions. We would be happy to recommend Knight Plumbing to any of our family or friends. We have found Knight Plumbing to be very professional to deal with from their Receptionist right down to the Technicians that come out to do the service. Made arrangements to coincide with a day off a couple of days in advance. Jason called at the agreed upon time and he and Tyler were at the house very shortly after. Friendly and knowledgeable fellows. What we thought was the problem wasn't really the problem and we were offered options to fix the situation and also things to look out for in the not too distant future. Appreciated the tidy work area. Would absolutely call them again or refer to anyone needing plumbing work done. Thanks for the great service!

Travis phoned promptly, first thing in the morning as I expected. He arranged a time to arrive, and was within the promised time period. Travis was professional, pleasant and respectful of our home and to me. He reviewed the house and then found a way to bring necessary supplies into the house with out leaving the front or back door open; a nice touch on a cooler winter day than has been the case of late! Something I appreciated were the little extras: demonstrating location and removal of furnace and humidifier filters, adjustment of thermostat settings so that temperature was shown in Centigrade, rather than Farenheit, and bringing incidental things to my awareness (eg: location of power switch for furnace). He even took an extra minute to correct the "ON/OFF" labelling of the power switch as it had been labelled incorrectly. Overall, I am pleased with the professionalism, service and respectful manner of the person representing Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Many thanks!

Dan was at our house bright and early to replace the Thermocouple on our water heater. He also gave a small lesson on what to do if we detect a gas leak in the house and made sure we know where the main water valve is located in the basement. Friendly reliable service.
