Unexpectedly, our hot water tank started leaking and within a matter of hours Knight Plumbing arrived and rectified the situation. A new hot water tank was delivered and installed with minimal interruption to our family routine. Dan, the technician was professional and worked diligently to install our new hot water thank. Thank you for the great service - this is a rarity in Calgary's service sector!

We had bad service from Home Depot install department. So when our new dishwasher arrived we called Knight. We also decided to get a new garburator when Ciera arrived. While this company was a bit higher priced than others, the staff on the phone was polite and Ciera was terrific we decided to use them. The warranty on service was worth the higher price paid. We would use them again in a heartbeat. I did like the upfront pricing as well. Thank you for the fast, same day service! Ciera did a terrific job and we are so happy she came out!

The company's response to my request was much faster than expected, I actually had to request the dispatcher to delay their arrival to allow me to get home. The technician arrived at the time agreed. He was was polite, courteous, and careful not to bring in snow, mud, etc. All work was completed thoroughly. The technician took the time to offer advice as to home safety which was greatly appreciated. Great job, thank you!!!

We had been having problems with our furnace, on and off, on and off. We feared the worst, a replacement! However, once Karl came through, on time, professional, efficient. By the time he left the faulty sensor was fixed and we had a CO2 monitor installed. Extremely happy with the whole experience.

Knight Plumbing is the first company we call. We have been clients for over four years, and this week they have come through for us again. Our tank-less hot water system stopped working yesterday evening, and we were put in touch with their on-call plumber Jay W and through a good discussion we decided to wait for regular business hours and rates. Today we had Jay W come in person and fix the problem promptly, courteously and professionally. I appreciated getting the rates over the phone, and again in person before the work started, so the bill was not a surprise. Thanks to Jay and the team at Knight Plumbing!

My furnace stopped working, I phoned a couple places for info. Karl from Knight plumbing and heating called me back and answered my questions. The fact that Karl was polite and patient with my questions I decided to go with Knight heating. The furnace diagnosis and repair did not take long. The tech Karl took his time to explain everything to me and helped me understand my heating system. I would use this company again.

I am so grateful to Knight Plumbing. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience having my kitchen faucet replaced. Dan, the technician, was prompt, efficient and professional. He kindly price-matched the faucet replacement to the one which I had initially chosen but was not available. The product he installed turned out to be even nicer than the one I had selected. Early Morning on Dec. 18, we had a problem with our hot water tank. Our Technician Jay showed up in the afternoon and Professional explained what needed to be done with a Friendly attitude. I am very pleased and recommend the service.
