I've been using Knight for 5 years now to handle all my maintenance needs pertaining to the 57 year old boiler in my home. Have always had excellent, professional service from their tech, Tyler.

Very fast at getting someone out to see what the problem was. Phoned to let me know they were on the way. Dan was a very personable guy, got straight to the problem. Used my thermocouple in the repair. Done within an hour. Would certainly use them again. Their competition wanted me to wait 4 days before they would come out. Thanks Dan

I was called promptly 1/2 hour before the scheduled appointment by Clint, one of the guys coming to do the work. Once I showed them what I was wanting done, he provided an estimate of the time and costing. Clint and Tyler performed their work efficiently, and cleaned up everything afterwords. Clint took the time to appropriately cover the piping in anti-rusting paint, and even pre-coated some of the parts before installing them to avoid accidentally over-spraying onto the new deck. They even helped carry my BBQ back onto the deck to test to make sure that the BBQ would work. The installed work is neat, tidy, and looks great and it was done in the time that was estimated. They did an awesome job.

We've used Knight Plumbing for our plumbing needs over the past five years or more (furnace inspections, A/C inspections, Hot Water tank replacement, basement in-floor heating boiler maintenance). They are always helpful, reliable and professional in their approach. Today was the first time we've used them for furnace and duct cleaning. Our technician today was Tyler. He was efficient and friendly and did the job alone and without incident and left the place clean. He's a very personable young man and I enjoyed chatting with him. We originally scheduled this work for a week ago but cancelled it at the last moment due to extremely smoky conditions in Calgary at the time. We appreciated the complete absence of any hassle about the late cancellation and the prompt rebooking by their main office!

I am very satisfied with the job that Tyler and Ciarra did with our furnace cleaning. They were very thorough, efficient, and courteous. Tyler took some time to explain the reasons why they blocked the vents while cleaning, which made a lot of sense. I do not remember other companies doing this in the past. Thank you for a job well done!

i had Karl Jordy & Travis to replace my very old furnace with a new one with AC and then Dave Jones with Jordy to fit a new tank less water heater. Our site was not without its challenges but all the guys were very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs. All aspects of the job were explained as we went and the final product is above what we hoped for. You will have to look very hard to beat Knight Plumbing on the service and price they offer would highly recommend. Great job guys

We had Karl, Travis and Jordy out to install a new furnace and air conditioner for our home. They are a fantastic group of guys to deal with. They were here when they said they would be and got the job done in a timely manner. Karl went over everything that we needed to know about operating, programming and maintenance of the equipment. Very personable, professional and thorough. Excellent clean up too. We couldn't ask for more. We highly recommend Knight Plumbing for any heating and plumbing needs you may have. You won't be sorry and well worth giving them a call.

Was very impressed by the professionalism of the two workers, They were here as promised in early AM. They displayed know-how and gave me confidence in their workmanship. One person, Tyler, had to leave the back door open and the minute I told him there was a Bees nest beside the door he covered up the door opening with cloth material he had in his toolbox - totally prepared for anything- which really impressed me. They made such a good impression and were so knowledgeable about their work; worked as a team they made me decide to use that company all the time. Please give both of them a big THANK YOU!!

Jay and Tyler came and took are of my laundry list of plumbing issues. They gave me a price up front, did the work quickly and efficiently and made sure everything worked before they left.
