Jason was very helpful and explained his process step by step. He recommended follow up and clearly communicated the problem and solution to our sewage back up. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgable and the service from Knight head office was the same.

Jay W was amazing. Arrived the same day within hours, did the repair quickly and efficiently. Was honest about our options, did not try to up-sell, but let us know what out options were and how much they would cost. Informed us of the available preferred membership and helped us decide what we needed. Very friendly and very informative. Will recommend to everyone I can. Website was user friendly and made reaching out simple and easy! Need more than 10 stars!!

I called Knight Plumbing as I had been waiting for over 17 hours for another company which kept cancelling my time and Maria ( I believe) was very friendly and made me smile and laugh when she answered. She booked for next day and I cancelled the other company immediately. About one hour later she called and offered a team to come same day. I was ecstatic and Jason and Tyler showed up and helped and were extremely knowledgeable, professional and did an amazing job. I will use your service next time as you have won me over completely. Great job all around and thank you so very much!! The best service so far for plumbing issues in the City of Calgary!!

Jason arrived on time, checked the leak, and said that the check valve on my sump pump needed replacing. He recommended that I also have a new union installed, and a shut off valve installed which I did not previously have. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did the work quickly and efficiently, explaining things as he went along and answering any questions that I had. I was very happy with Knight's service, and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Karl and Travis did a great job with the installation. There were both very personable. They came when they said they would and finished on time. Karl showed me around the unit and explained how to shut it down for the winter. Left everything clean and tidy. I also had a great experience when calling to set-up the appointment. Both ladies I spoke to were extremely friendly and answered all my questions.

Jason and his team did a professional job replacing grey pipe in our 30 year old house. They were punctual, finished on-time, added several features we did not think about and cleaned up after themselves. Damage to walls/ceiling was better (less) than expected. Would highly recommend company to my friends.

Sewer back-up crisis in crawl space of basement late evening. Knight was helpful immediately, arrived in less than an hour, got things under control - 96 ft out with a snake!. Brian was competent and pleasant. Used them a month ago for new water heater, also very pleased. Two impressive experiences. Highly recommend!

Called in the morning for help with a persistent leak in my ensuite and Jay was at the door by noon. Explained the issue and what steps I had taken as well as our eventual plans for the bathroom. Jay quickly assessed the situation and found an economical solution that would suffice in taking care of our leak without necessitating a lot of unnecessary expense in advance of future renovations. Further, he took the time to explain the steps I could take in the future should the problem reappear before we were ready to renovate. I wouldn't hesitate to bring Jay and Knight Plumbing back for future work. Thank you for your help Jay.

Knight was prompt, clean, and friendly. Jay diagnosed our toilet problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and was super pleasant! Would call them again to come out and do work on our house.
