Booking of install was easy and accommodating. Install technician was communicative, polite and professional. Installation was completed in 2 days. Site was left clean and tidy.

A water line in the ceiling in my kitchen started to leak which meant we had to turn the water off for the whole house. Tyler from Knight Plumbing came out promptly to assess the situation. After walking me through the scope of the job and pricing, the job was completed right away. Very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend Knight Plumbing.

I asked for my old part back the day after the emergency repair was completed as my father in law wanted to take a look at it. The technician did not offer to leave it when he was finished. I texted him the day after and was told he would bring it back to my house. He never did. Now I am left thinking that he may have ripped us off. I have chosen to bring it up here rather than go straight to google or social media.

My 20 year old furnace broke down in the middle of the night when it was 20 below. I called a couple of different furnace companies and they couldn't come out for a couple of days. I finally called Knight Plumbing and they sent someone to look at my furnace within a few hours. As it was a costly fix, they gave me a good deal to have my furnace and hot water tank replaced. They replaced it within a couple of days and did an amazing job. The technicians were really friendly, honest and caring and helped out where they could on the cost. The service was excellent.

The bathroom sink was replaced professionally. They were on time and did an excellent job. Thanks for the help.

Tudor and Justin lived up to Knights reputation for great work and great customer service! They cleaned my ducts after my house was renovated and they were friendly, efficient and clean. I wish them well and they are a great fit for Knight. I use Knight for all my plumbing and hvac work as do my neighbours in my condo building. We were using other plumbers when we first moved in to our building of 4 units and once we switched to Knight we have been so happy with the staff and work done over the years. We use Knight for our condo work as well as our individual units and have always been very happy. Tudor and Justin are a great fit with their culture of great service and great work.

After calling several furnace companies, Knight Plumbing was the only one who was able to get to my house quickly at midnight for an emergency call, my furnace quit working. It was determined a new furnace & hot water tank were needed. My son, daughter-in-law & 2 grandkids (ages 5 & 2) live with me. Knight Plumbing was able to install the furnace AND hot water tank one day later. Geoff was very patient & courteous answering all my questions & giving all options available to me. Steve who did the install, was prompt, courteous & efficient. Customer service all around (including Tina in the office) was top notch! Knight Plumbing has my business for life!

Every person that came ro our house was greater and knowledgeable. They worked with us to understand what we needed and never pushy in trying to sell us something we did not need. The installation work was excellant and they explained to us how to run the system properly.

Be sure to check your credit card statements after using their service. I was overcharged $400. I called in and received a refund without issue. No apology from the lady I talked to and no communication on how they would take steps to prevent this from happening to someone else. The quality of work was satisfactory.
