Knight Plumbing supplied experienced personnel. Mike and Dave were excellent to work with throughout the project. They were both professional, explained everything they were doing, made recommendations and looked at alternate ways to access the Poly B water lines. They were both very friendly and courteous and could tell both enjoyed their jobs. I would highly recommend Knight for any plumbing requirements.

Excellent installation of a unique shower head. Arrived promptly and Dave & Brad were very pleasant and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

First off the tech Derek who came to do the work was great to work with, and was easy to talk to and did get the problem resolved. However, I would not recommend this company for a few reasons. Firstly, they are extremely overpriced!! I pad $1,065 to have 2 drains cleaned from the accessible cleanout. I have renovated and flipped homes for close to a decade and so have had a fair number of plumbing work done over the years and not only do i understand the scope of work involved, but also am familiar with average pricing. They're pricing is about 75%+ higher than other companies. Secondly, the scope of work was only understood or mitigated because I insisted on what needed to be done. If i did not know anything about plumbing and was an average home owner I believe this bill could have been double or even more! I was told the cleanout could not be opened because it's an old building and they would need to b cut open the wall, cut the pipes and replace it, plus they don't know which pipes are connected so they world be doing that to all 3 pipes. So instead of allowing this to happen which I was told would cost $1500, I opened the cleanout myself ( very easily) and asked the tech to first snake from this line before cutting any walls or pipes. He did, and was able to clean it out quickly ( 1 hour of labour) so I was surprised when I still received a bill for over 1k, when no major work was required and only snaking 2 drains, (one hour was the work. When i called the company to discuss my concern, a supervisor gave me the rehearsed statement of this is our pricing based on our guide book and made no effort to satisfy my concern or be willing to work with me to charge a reasonable amount, even knowing my company will need future plumbing work. I called another company that I have used before ( so wasn't available for this job) and he reassured me that this would have cost me around $250. For these reasons I will not use this company in the future or recommend them to anyone.

Chris and Dave from knight plumbing removed all my Polly B piping in the house and replaced it all with high quality piping. The were not very courteous and friendly. The communicated very well and made sure I was well informed of what they were doing and why. They cleaned up well after themselves. They made sure I had running water every night as the job took 4 days to complete. I highly recommend knight plumbing and Chris and Dave.

I am truly thankful for a company to exist that cares about its clients. Knight Plumbing and Heating is one such company and I believe their services are invaluable. I pay a monthly fee to receive the benefit of a free yearly inspection of my home's plumbing and heating needs. It amounts to around $300 a year, but for a reduction in service costs it provides peace of mind. Today, I had my annual furnace and hot water tank inspection - done by Geoff. He was professional, thorough and provided a wealth of knowledge when going over his inspection report. I am grateful that I had the chance to learn from his expertise and will be pursuing a replacement of my furnace due to his recommendation. Thank you Geoff and Knight Plumbing & Heating for taking care of me and my home!

The technician Tony was excellent. He analyzed the problem and promptly repaired. Very personable, knowledgeable and efficient.

Thank you George for your focused attention and work in replacing an older Navien Tankless Water Heater and installing a water softening system at my house. All steps required for projected work were reviewed prior to the installation date. George was enthusiastic and cheerful in all our interactions. Our toilet tank fill valve was old and corroded, so tank was not filling properly. Mike fixed the problem efficiently and toilet now working as it should. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.
