The furnace is 4 years old and was installed by Knight Plumbing. The upstairs thermostat needed new batteries, so we installed them and the furnace kept running and running so we had a technician come in to look at it. Geoff our technician came on Dec. 1, 2022 and did a full inspection, checked to make sure the thermostat was working properly and gave us a ton of information about how to use our extended warrenty, who to talk to about installing a soft water system and how to make sure the furnace was working properly. Geoff was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain how the whole furnace system worked. Thanks very much!!

Technician Dan did a great job fixing the valve in the water reservoir of my toilet. He was fast and reliable.

Justin and Tudor did an amazing job of cleaning my furnace and air ducts . They were courteous and professional . Everything was explained to me and an estimated time of completion . They made sure everything was cleaned up and I am absolutely pleased with the completed job .

Weekend emergency call due to a water leak - they showed up quickly. He was very quick and efficient and seemed conscious of the running clock. He determined quickly which line was leaking, but could not reach the leak as it was behind a stacked washer/dryer that I was unable to move. Capped the lines to stop the leak (and allow water throughout the rest of the house) I called him back once I moved the washer and dryer and he quickly fixed the line (and also another minor leak that I was aware of) Would highly recommend - very friendly, quick and professional, and and did an excellent clean up once finished.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE HEATING TECHNICIAN WHO REPAIRED OUR FURNACE. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY EFFICIENT. WE HOPE THAT OUR FURNACE WILL NOW LAST LONGER AND OPERATE WELL THROUGH THE UPCOMING COLDER WINTER MONTHS.

We worked with Knight to get our Poly-B replaced throughout our home. Very happy with the entire process from estimates to install to cleanup. The team was friendly, insightful and genuinely cared about the quality of their workmanship. Would definitely work with Knight again but were set for life! (Price included replacing all shutoffs and supply lines.)

Fixed a problem with the exhaust fan outlet on the side of the house, both technicians were friendly and quick with the work they did.

Knight Plumbing and Heating was a pleasure to work with when called out to replace the electronics board on my furnace. All costs were explained for my approval. Service person patiently walked me through issues and coached me on maintenance I can do myself. Prompt, knowledgeable and transparent on repair costs. Will call again as needed.
