The folks at Knight Plumbing are just amazing. Very professional, they know their stuff. Its the second time I have contracted them and boy did they deliver!! Ryan did an amazing job! We are enjoying our new Trane furnace and just in the nick of time since winter is in full swing! Ryan took the trouble to explain all the questions we could throw at him, including how it get the best out of our furnace and keep it going for as long as it could. He even explained what the warranty covered! And in case you dont know, once you sign up as a member and pay a small monthly fee, you enjoy a great discount in the event you have to call on Knight Plumbing for and technical issue! I intend to sign in ads soon as I can! For now, suffice it to say that you can never be disappointing with the level of professionalism by these Knight guys! Absolutely fantastic team! Cheers!

I got many many quotes for a new air conditioner and replacement furnace and many different recommendations for what was appropriate for my home. I went with Knight because the salesperson (Ryan) was very knowledgeable and the price was very competitive. While the price wasnt the lowest it was very competitive and I went with knight because of the many great reviews and because the salesperson seemed to recommend what was best for my home. He did a number of measurements to inform the recommended size of the units and provided a number of options with recommendations based on our needs. I never felt any sales pressure and he was very responsive to the follow up questions I had. The install went well and the installers (Carson +1) were respectful and kept our space clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

When this email came today l thought l would say we were shocked at cost of tap change. We did not ask for estimate ahead of appointment we know. When l called to book l was told we would get a call between 10 and noon . At 7:30 we received call and told someone would be arriving at 8 am. If we had been given that time on booking we would have been ready. Husband has many health issues including amputation of leg so needs time to do everything. My husband is a retired plumber so bought new taps that were used. Plumber came just before 9:30 and was finished at 1045. I would just like to hear from company that 500 dollars is the expectedcost for this. Thanks

We replaced our 22 year old furnace and decided to have air conditioning installed as well. Everyone from the first phone call, to Ryan, to our installer Steven were informative and professional.

Had someone come and help me search for my external water shut off. He was very helpful and gave me some useful tips about maintaining the house through the winter. And he serviced my water heater while he was here. Will always recommend this company.

Great response and service to get our hot water tank installed after hours on Thanksgiving Monday, on short notice. The technician was very professional, and the installation was quick and efficient.

Karl and David came on 6 Oct 2022 to do replacement. Both showed good knowledge of their trade, especially Karl with his experience. They readily had answers to various questions that I had. They did a number of "correct" things that I noticed. When they came in, Karl asked me to explain to David (an apprentice) what I wanted, instead of them just going ahead and starting. They both showed "passion" for their job, and related very well with me the customer. I also had good support from their office staff - setting up the appointments, etc. I definitely recommend Knight Plumbing.
