Both Dave and Carson and his assistant went out of their way to successfully repair the leaks without incurring extra costs for me as the customer.

Our residential boiler needed to be replaced. We got 3 quotes and went with Knights as they were competitive in their pricing but equally important was the knowledge and professionalism of Clint the technician that did the quote. He not only gave a detailed explanation as to what they would be doing but also noticed our hot water tank was corroding , could be replaced under warranty, and offered to do that at the same time. They were able to accommodate our preferred timing for installation and for the three days they were installing the unit were always on time, called while on route, and left the work area tidy every day. While testing the completed installation they noticed two of our water taps leaking and offered to take care of that also. One of which was on warranty and the other only charged for required part. Clint and Tyler exceeded our expectations and will be our first call for any future needs.

Had a kitchen sink that back up and Knight resolved the problem. The plumber was able to find a quick solution.

Incredible prompt service. Chris was excellent. He explained the problem with our garburator clearly, fixed it efficiently and provided helpful advice for maintenance.
