I am very pleased with the service I received from Knight Plumbing. From my frantic call due to a leaking hot water tank to the installation of a replacement tank, the service was top notch. I really appreciated that I was treated with care and respect, and my house was left in a tidy condition. My options were explained to me fully and I never felt any pressure to do more work or pay more than I needed to. Would definitely recommend this company and will be looking to them when I need to replace my furnace.

Another perfect service experience. Igor was on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, obtained the part and completed the repair perfectly and quickly. His knowledge and customer service was fantastic. One of the best customer experiences I had in years. I would recommend Knight and Igor to any one in Calgary and area.

We had 2 furnaces and a water system installed. The work was efficient and VERY TIDY. The installers did work in the time periods as quoted. They left our home as clean as when they came. We had a few "hiccups" along the way, but the office staff and leadership were really good to work with to get these issues resolved. We have had furnace issues in the past and based on the service and response, Knight was the only company we wanted to do the work for the new systems.

Hot water tank (11 years old) nonfunctioning once again. Changed to Knight Plumbing and Heating to help us and they did on a timely basis. Dave was wonderful, gave us many options and left us with a functioning tank and plans to replace it next week. Dave was pleasant , knowledgeable and on time. Many kudos!!

Tech was very professional and made sure I understood what he was seeing and suggested solution. Very happy with the quick response to our need and would definitely use Knight again.

I had a different company for many years come out and on their last check I was told than I had leaks from the bottom of my tank as well as the valve. They recommended replacing the hot water tank, and gave me a quote of over $3200 with discount for their plan membership for a 40 gallon tank. They said that fixing the valve could work and may last awhile with just that. I was also told my expansion tank was dead, and would be $550 to replace it. I contacted Knight after this to see if their price was comparable. Knight said a new 50 gallon tank installed would be $1599. The expansion tank would also be able to be replaced for around $350. I decided to have Knight come out. They came the next day. I was told that the valve was leaking, but that was all the issue was, there was no need to replace the tank. Knight replaced the expansion tank and replaced the valve on the hot water tank. This cost $560, the cost for the other company to do just the expansion tank basically. I have found that my water is hotter than ever, and no sign of any leak. I am very satisfied with the service and the honesty. He could have easily just replaced the tank and I would have still have been happy, but I saved my money. And never felt pressured to do more.

I love Knight Plumbing & Heating's service. I had Geoff come by for my annual inspection which comes free as part of their Preffered Membership plan. Geoff was professional from start to finish and even suggested that while my furnace is close to the end of its expected life span, he couldn't find anything wrong with it - technicians are expected to do this - their services make companies money, but since there was nothing to do, he only made the recommendation to replace the furnace eventually. I am grateful for his honesty, as honest companies retain happy customers. Thank you Knight Plumbing and Heating!

Boiler quit working which ran the furnace and in-floor heat just before Christmas. George can out and assessed everything and gave us a quote for the total job of replacing gas furnace, hot water tank, new boiler system and tiding up all the pipes and wiring for the in floor heat. Had to wait for the boiler, but all is in and working the way it is supposed to. The boys did a great job and cleaned up the site. Looks great

Was told service call would be $75 when technician arrived I was told $215. Technician changed flame sensor and TOOK the old part without my permission (pretended to put on a shelf, only the empty bag was left) I intended on cleaning that part to have as a backup. I will never use this company again and have made sure everyone I know won’t either. You made $ that day, you will never make another dollar in this neighborhood again.
