Geoff was incredibly thorough and responsive in reviewing plumbing and heating issues. He spent the time to explain everything and even showed us how to repair minor issues on our own. We highly recommend Geoff at knight plumbing.

I selected Knight for my furnace & AC replacement based on their stellar reviews and I was not disappointed. The sales agent (Brian) came to the house, spent about an hour with me discussing the heating and cooling characteristics of the present system. He then made some very good recommendations and engaged in a very productive dialogue to explain merits & demerits of the various options. When installation time came, no delays in start date by the way, the install techs (Carson and ??) were very communicative and highly proficient. The finished promptly and cleaned up very well, gave me a brief rundown of the new furnace. The new Trane 2 stage furnace keeps the house much more comfortable than the prior single stage unit (we were in the middle of a polar vortex when it was installed); I highly recommend 2 stage in this region. AC will be installed in the spring, will try to update this review afterwards. To summarize, Knight Plumbing, Heating & AC is a first class HVAC installer.

I highly recommend this company especially for emergencies as they have a 24/7 service. My furnace stopped working around 10 pm, and the specialist arrived at my place at 11:00 pm on a very cold night. He was highly qualified and repaired my furnace in a very short time, explaining in plane language what was wrong with the furnace.

Ryan had one of his main hydronics techs (Clint) come out to create a quote for multiple boiler issues, in floor heating and Poly-B replacement on a home we were going to purchase. Clint was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on all matters of plumbing. His information was one of the reasons we decided to pass on purchasing the home. Would not hesitate to use knight again.

Experience was great right from the beginning. No who did the original quote explained things very well and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The workers that came to do the install we’re very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained things to me very well and left my house nice and clean. Brian clearly explained options before purchase. Carson arrived on time and kept me informed through the furnace replacement. When there was a snafo with the thermostat, Carson came back to make it right. AC to be completed in the spring.

Andy and Nick showed up on time and installed my new furnace. They were both polite and showed me the progress of work they had done.
