Technician made prompt contact and arrived when he said he would. Hot water tank replacement was done well and took approximately 1.5 hours. Removal of old tank left track marks on carpet due to leakage of old tank. Overall, very satisfied except for track marks left, tank installation went smoothly and technician was friendly and professional. Tank worked shortly after installation. I am overall satisfied.

Very friendly staff to work with, both making an appointment and the plumber who arrived. Called in advance as promised and arrived on time. Friendly, knowledgeable, answered my concerns and were in and out in no time, very efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had Tony diagnosed my furnace problem. He and his co-worker arrived on time, inspected the furnace thoroughly, even including checking intake and outlet pipes from outside. Tony identified the blocked drain line quickly, which was the root cause of furnace failure. After fixed the problem, he also checked other parts of the furnace to make sure no other potential issues. I’ve been observing my furnace for three weeks after the repair, noticed my furnace running more effectively and quieter. I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Knight Plumbing, and will definitely use their service again.

Furnace installation was messy, incorrect, and incomplete. Installers said it would take the whole day, but they were gone at mid-day. My neighbours were asking why there were plumbing trucks outside my house with two guys smoking in it….. Was pressured into paying when they promised to return to fix the several deficiencies. They did not. After calling for several days, I threatened to cancel,payment, and I finally got Knight Plumbing’s attention. I do not feel that I was treated as a valued customer. I followed their payment schedule, but they did not show me any consideration until I threatened action. They still have to install AC at my place in the spring, and to say I am worried about this would be an understatement. They have not failed to disappoint on several levels

Dan was the Knight's technician - he was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and did a great job installing my kitchen sink. He also gave me tips how to keep my pipes clear with some friendly bacteria mix to put down the drain periodically.

Katherine and her co-worker arrived promptly, and were courteous and considerate. They were careful moving the necessary equipment into the house, and did a very thorough job. They completed the job in the time that was estimated. I will hire them again.

I purchased a new infill valve thinking I could do the job myself but chickened out and called Knight Plumbing. Josh and a journeyman arrived and the job was done in very little time. I appreciated the way Josh explained the process and the costs plus the complimentary inspection throughout the house. Excellent service and cost less than expected which does not happen much these days. Have already recommended Knight Plumbing to 3 friends. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Our hot water circulating pump had quit and we had no hot water. Knight's plumbing was responsive to my request for service and accommodated our more immediate need. They were timely in arriving, provided a reasonable quote and had all of the materials needed to do the job upon arrival. Dave did a quality job and also made a few recommendations of things that I can do myself to save money down the road. Overall, a very positive experience.

Knight's technicians inspected and diagnosed problems with my furnace and thoroughly explained solutions and options. The new furnace was installed quickly and efficiently and the old furnace and garbage cleaned up and removed. Knight Plumbing also replaced a hot water tank for me this year. Their technicians are well trained, professional and personable. I will continue to use them for my plumbing and heating needs.

Karl came and installed new furnace. He called before arriving. Was professional and cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was happy with the installation and confirmed everything worked before leaving
