Happy with their installation and customer service. They made a mistake on the final bill, which was more than the quote they had provided, and I wasn’t quick enough to pick it up before I paid it and the plumber left. When I notified them of their mistake, they immediately corrected it and explained the reason. That makes for a good customer service, in my opinion.

Our water heaters failed late Monday afternoon. We needed to restore our water heating asap. Knight offered us next day after-5 service as long as we could supply a water heater. By chance we had a used water heater available that we decided would be adequate as a temporary fix. Knight arrived about 7PM, removed our old water heaters (2) and installed our used water heater by 9PM.

We were very pleased with the professional, knowledgeable and efficient service we received from Derek and Mike. They were able to quickly identify the issue of our sewer backup and cleared the blockage and inspected the line to show us the issue had been resolved. They also were very thorough in cleaning up after their service was complete. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use Knight plumbing again in the future for any other plumbing or Hvac needs. Chris arrived promptly and successfully made all plumbing repairs as requested. He was very friendly and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We will definitely consider using Knight for any future repairs

Knowledgeable quality service and advice Had furnace and waterless tank inspected. Showed me photos of areas for concern and made recommendations. Discussed the energy efficiency gained in replacing a unit. Very thorough.

Knight Plumbing responded very quickly to my inquiry unlike a couple of other places I had called who didn't even get back to me. Derek did a great job and was prompt, friendly and honest about what needed to be done. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company for future plumbing needs, we all need to have a great plumber on speed dial!

Knight is awesome! Today we had Tyler and Mike come and replace all our aging water lines and install a new bathtub. They were efficient, respectful, clean and professionals. They answered all our questions and gave us wanted advice. I highly recommend Knight no matter how small your plumbing need.

Showed up, knew nothing about water softener, said he was going to contact with repair info but never called. Paid $80 for him to tell me nothing. Would not recommend.

Came in early in the morning got rid of all the old stuff drilled in the necessary holes cleaned up after themselves and we’re going around one afternoon. All told, I’m very satisfied.
