Not only he is a professional, but he is an expert at what he does in troubleshooting our issues. Unfortunately, our air conditioner failed right at the beginning of the heat wave; Knight Plumbing came to our house timely, provided a detailed assessment of the air conditioner prior to recommending replacement options and discussing the pros and cons of each model. On installation day, the team was outstanding and professional and helped with installation of a new thermostat and went above and beyond what I would have expected.
