Brad came to give me a quote of replacing my furnace and water tank. I'd had one quote but needed to verify costs. Brad came in and actually looked at my tank and tried to see if he could get it lit and when it still had issues went through every option and was very patient with my questions. He answered everything and found options to fit my concerns. was very pleased and it made my choice much easier. . Update: Brad came to do the install and it went quick and easy. Kept me informed about what every step was and kept in good humor when things didn't always go quite right do to a bad original set up. Thanks for all the hard work and good conversation.

My Nu Air system had stopped working and Geoff was knowledgeable and both showed and explained how it works and how I can clean certain parts myself in between the annual service. He also took the time and explained why it is important for annual services in a way that made sense to me. Exceptionally knowledgeable,professional, patient and thorough. Excellent service to fix a leak in our outside water tap. We also added a hot water line to the outside of the house. All of the plumbers that came to the house were professional and courteous.
