I was booked for today June 11, 2021 for a furnace quote. They were suppose to visit between 10 am to 3 pm. I waited for some them till 3 pm and then called them around 3:10 pm. The response from the lady who was suppose to make me smile was that their techs are too busy solving issues with all the previously installed furnaces, A/C and plumbing jibs that they can't make it today. She courteously offered for Monday and i politely declined. It is disappointing for a new customer like me to go thru something like this as i feel if they are not able to honor their visit now, how can I trust them with new furnace and aftersales services. Very very disappointing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please note I waited for 5 hours and approx cost my waiting charges for a NO SHOW

Just had turned on my outside water for the spring when we noticed a pocket of water on the wall and wet carpet below the area where the water valve was. Access to the valve and supply line was through the ceiling and the concern was how much of the ceiling would have to be removed to repair the leak. To my relief, Brandon the technician from Knight Plumbing was able to simply tighten the valve with a wrench which resolved the leak.

Our kitchen sink was completely blocked. Josh came and realized the only way to fix it was to auger it. (Is that the right word?) Our house has no air conditioning and it was very hot so he was melting. The first attempt didn't work so he decided to try once more and much to our relief and his too, I'm sure, it worked. He reminded us to avoid putting grease down the garborator and advised us to use Bioclean to prevent it happening again. We were very impressed by his expertise and pleasant manner.

Called Knights on June 5 mid morning asking for a service call. Tech called back, I explained a water leak under my kitchen sink and was leaking to the lower level ceiling. He indicated current appointments would be late into the day so agreed on June 6 at 10 AM. June 6 at 1000 no plumber, at 1105 no plumber so I called and tech stated he was on a job and busy for another 1-2 hrs., (apparently my appointment was not very important) we agreed on 1-2 pm. At 3pm no plumber, at 4pm no plumber at 5pm no plumber, at midnight no plumber, no call or apology just ignored the appointment. 7 days later and still no call, great customer service guys you suck!

Tony came out today and was a pleasure to deal with. Fixed the issue (thank you it's going to be a hot week in Calgary!), was extremely knowledgeable, informative and personable. Sherry who scheduled the appointment (I spoke with her a number of times as weather was inclement which impacted the ability to run the a/c) also provided top notch customer service and was great to deal with. I would not hesitate to use Knight Plumbing again and would highly recommend them.

Brad and Cody helped us out with a tankless hot water tank exhaust issue and helped us with our annual checkup. They were able to recommend a missing humidifier damper which was very helpful. Great guys - quick, professional, personable, and did a great job! Thank you.

Currently renovating my home and required new heat runs for numerous vents and also got a new furnace. Karl was excellent and spent the time required with me during quoting to understand what I needed and the final product looks great.

Atmospheric tank replacement, tamas board control w/10 plate heat exchanger brought up to code. Geoff was awesome! Very professional and was on the project for approx 12 hrs. He had an assist from Orrin. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.

To Knight Plumbing Management: You have a great team, starting with your receptionist who was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The two techs., Karl & Cody, who showed up promptly recognizing the magnitude of the issue, came out to replace my HWT. These guys are awesome and I appreciated the time and effort they took to explain what they did and the tips for future maintenance. Great job fellas! I will be an advocate Knights Plumbing! I had a phenomenal experience with Knights Plumbing. Josh arrived on time. He was upfront about cost and kept me in loop when it came to progress. Really cared about the customer experience. I would highly recommend this company.
