Andrew repaired our broken toilet gasket (PVC) using a metal repair gasket siliconed on top of the existing gasket. The job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Knight's again.

We needed repairs to faucets throughout our house prior to closing its sale. Knight Plumbing responded quickly and did a professional job. We have used KP for many years and they have served our needs well on all occasions.

Our water heater was showing signs of wear and needing attention, upon checking the age of the unit it was over 20 years old and we figured it was time to just replace the whole unit. Decided to gather quotes on a tankless water heater, out of the 4-5 places we gathered a quote from, we were the most satisfied with Knight's entire process from beginning to end. From assessing our situation and answering our questions along with also providing additional information to us so we could make a sound decision. Highly recommend this company, the plumber who came for the install was incredibly professional and easy to deal with. Cleaned up the entire workspace after - it was like he wasn't even here! Aside from a fancy new water heater install :)

Had an intermittent issue with the Navien water heater, Knights came out very fast and had good technical knowledge of the system. A little on the expensive side for less than 1 hour of work, but also happy with the quick diagnosis of an air filter that was plugged

The service techs were informative and answered all my questions. They were very clean and practiced all of Covid safety protocols. Both arrived on time, even early and accommodated when I needed to delay them to attend a meeting.

I called Knight plumbing when my hot water tank stopped working due to the cold snap. The issue was a recurring problem for the last 5 yrs. The service technician, Tyler, was very friendly and professional. Most of all, I was very impressed when he came up with a smart and practical solution to the problem. After his fix, my hot water tank has been running fine throughout the cold snaps. I'm so happy with this fix. Thanks Tyler and Knight Plumbing.

When I placed a service call the operator did not tell that the tech will charge the assessment fee on top of the visiting fee. The tech arrived and talked very rudly, I had the condensation issue so I discussed the issue and told the tech that I suspect the solenoid valve is not functioning properly. He went down and found that the valve is not working and recomended to change it, I agreed. (The investigation and the valve replacement took 10 min to replace the valve). He made a bill of $370 for the service. When I filed a complaint, his boss said I will investigate but after almost two weeks are gone he did not call back. Beware of this company they are greedy and low level of customer service can be expected from them. Update: I got a hold of company’s VP who listened to my concern and helped me in resolving the issue as well as helped in getting a partial refund. I appreciate Ryan’s help.
