Company was prompt, professional and the technician was courteous. Issue wasn't identified initially which escalated cost. Started with thermopile, then it was determined that the gas valve was faulty. Both warrantied and replaced. Then tank began leaking which necessitated a replacement of a pressure valve at N/C. Labou was over $800 which was reduced slightly after discussion with supervisor.

I had a dual kitchen sink that kept backing up. Was unable to get 50 foot snake down the cleanout. Tyler added a y-cleanout to the drain so I can access it if it backs up again. He also cleaned out the drain. Works great now!

Invoice #: 508429 Service man (George) replaced control board and fan motor of the Reznor garage furnace which I purchased from Knight Plumbing in 2019. He also replaced the thermostat (which had only recently been replaced by Knight Plumbing, (See Invoice #: 504891, Nov. 2020) with a different (digital) model, assuring me it will be more reliable. I can only trust this to be so, because the last one apparently wasn't.

Great company, the guys were great, Dave was very informative and professional, explained what he was doing and some helpful advice. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Always been very happy with their service

Called in the morning, spoke to Dawn who was most helpful and friendly. Said someone would be out in the afternoon, which was perfect. Josh, the man who came to do the work was here well before noon, and was done in a very timely manner. I appreciate that he did an inspection on all the water sources, and also checked my water heater. A very good experience for a miserable problem.

Carson and Dave provided amazing service, and managed to get our hot water tank replaced in the same day. This is my second time using Knight Plumbing, and they will continue to be the first people I call.

I had an emergency poly-B leak on a weekend and Dave fit me in. He did some triage over the phone to ensure it was something he could fix. He had it fixed up in 1.5 hours and gave me some tips for ways to prevent/detect leaks in the future.

We had a number of issues with the in/floor heating system for our basement and garage, showing up in unreliable operation. It was determined that a main pump needed replacing, a backflow valve needed installing and the whole system needed draining and refilling. Work was done reliably and with a minimum of fuss

I have been dealing with Geoff at Knight Plumbing for 3 years now. He is a personable, knowledgeable and professional technician. He came out recently to perform my annual tankless hot water system inspection which is part of my Knight Plumbing Preferred Membership benefits, and he also performed a complimentary furnace inspection while he was here. I told him about an issue with my furnace, which he looked into and made a modification to the furnace settings without charge. Geoff is a good ambassador for Knight Plumbing and Heating.
