Used these guys before furnace services Young buck did a great job with the change over and the other pipe re routing required Higher priced than Pete the plumber But I like these guys happy with their work

I have been using Knight for several years now for general plumbing services, as well as a new furnace installation and new on-demand water heater installation. Their pricing is on par with other companies, however, I have found their service to be overall better, their technicians personable and highly knowledgeable, offering little tips and tricks beyond whatever service they were there to provide that day, the office staff always friendly and helpful, including by email, and they show their loyal repeat customers appreciation through discounts and/or bonus services. I had one issue on only one occasion where the crew didn't clean up and had caused a small amount of damage (during a new gas line installation) and when I called Knight they were immediately apologetic and began reparations right away, as well as offering a bonus service. I've dealt with other companies in the past who would simply go into defensive mode. Mistakes can and do happen sometimes, but I feel the response is what shows a company's true colours. This most recent service call, a maintenance flush and clean and filter replacement for my on-demand water heater, performed by Derek, was as friendly and professional as always. I will continue to use Knight for as long as we reside in the Calgary area!

My hot water tank started leaking so needed to be replaced. I called Knight Plumbing and they were able to replace the hot water tank that same day. Technician was on time and professional and the newly installed hot water tank has been working perfectly with no issues.

Timely, efficient service. Geoff was ever so pleasant and appeared both confident and knowledgeable. He isolated our irrigation waterlines and made arrangements to service our water filtration service (have to order a part). What we particularly appreciated was his clear explanation of the work he did. We find Knight Plumbing to be excellent!

This was a clogged sink issue. Tried everything in YouTube to make it go away. Did not work so I called the professionals. Once called Knight did a great job communicating with me to make sure I was at home when they came. Fixed the problem in a very short time, were extremely professional in their behaviour. I would recommend them anytime to friends or family.

I was so happy with the service I received from Knights Plumbing! They were quick to set up an appointment and with all the physical distancing they had a clear plan for customer and staff safety. The plumber we saw diagnosed the issue with our leaky sink, had a solution and got to work!!! He was friendly, informative and had a great sense of humour!!! I would definitely call this company in the future!!!!

Quick and efficient work, cleaned up afterwards, came in during the beginning of the pandemic and was very professional. Water heater is working great, upgraded to a 50 from a 40. Totally worth the extra $200.

I’ve been using Knight Plumbing for all the water related tasks in my older home for many years. Tap replacements, water heater replacement, valve replacements, clogged pipes, humidifier repair. You name it, they’ve done it here. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable, efficient and very respectful of my home. They completely clean up after themselves leaving not a drop of extra solder behind. They don’t upsell, but give advice if asked. Every job has been done right the first time; no annoying call backs needed. And that’s why I call Knight every time I need a plumbing service.

Very helpful and professional. Derek did an excellent job and gave us great advice in solving our unique issue with our pump. It was installed by previous owners and not to code. He explained our options and suggested ways we could manage flow of water away from our home.

Jason came to our home and gave us a thorough understanding of the process and what to expect, at the end of his visit he provided a written quote for replacing poly b piping (so did not include any drywall repair). We agreed to proceed and Tyler and Orinoco (sorry may have spelt that incorrectly) came to our home with their indoor footie covers and set to work. Amazingly the holes made in our drywall and bath tile were no where near as bad as I had expected. Holes were cut neatly and each piece was removed cleanly and in one piece. Thinking this will be a great help in our future drywall repair. Both guys took great care with the quality of their work and their clean up was amazing. It took 3 days as estimated to complete the process. Well done guys
