The technician Dan was on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly and changed some parts and get it going. He is quite knowledgeable. He also repaired kitchen sink tap on our request.

We purchased a 12 year old house last summer, noting that the hot water heater appeared to be original equipment and likely due for replacement. Sure enough, early one morning we awoke to a lack of hot water and a steady stream trickling along the basement floor. We called Knight Plumbing due to proximity and were pleased to hear that Andrew would be able to come out immediately that morning to take a look and prepare a quote. Andrew was absolutely excellent to work with, professional, courteous, capable, and competent. The quote was very much inline with what I expected based upon a review of the material cost for the new hot water heater. We elected to proceed with the new hot water heater and Andrew went back to the shop to pick it up for installation. Installation went very well and Andrew was out the door by lunch time. Since the replacement, there have been no issues, and I actually noticed a quality improvement in the hot water. I heartily recommend working with Knight and Andrew in particular.

It was a surprise that it cost me $400 for much needed repairs. I’ll need as well $1000+ for vent cleaning and additional repairs. Sincere thanks to George and his knowledgeable trainee. The two clearly told me what needed to be done. Hopefully next year’s annual cleaning will not cost me a tenth as much.

Knight’S Plumbing replaced all the existing Poly B water pipes in the house in December 2019. The work was done on time and on budget. The crew was knowledgeable and polite. We obtained quotes from several companies and although Knights wasn’t the cheapest, their quotation was the most comprehensive and detailed. We are satisfied with the service provided and would gladly recommend Knights services to other families interested in similar work.

George from Knight plumbing came to our house to install a new Trane furnace, I found him to be very courteous, professional and knowledgeable he answered any and all questions my wife and I had. He worked the whole day without taking any breaks. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend them.
