New furnace was installed despite complications from a previously installed air conditioner. The technicians worked hard and a second installer was brought in to finish the job in one day. The furnace works well now and just needs the last few steps in installation that has to be done in the summer. Upon request the final charges were delayed until the weather permits, much appreciated. The only downside in this job was that a duplicate charge was added to my credit card by mistake. I had to call about this, the reversal took a week, and no apology.

Our furnace stopped blowing hot air during a very cold day. I called around 9am and service tech arrived before noon. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and another truck arrived with the part in no time. We had heat pumping in less than 2 hours. The service tech was great! We have already recommended you to our friends. Thanks again. We will call again if we have any other problems.

We needed a new furnace. Our old one gave up during a cold snap. We always use Knight plumbing and every time they provide great service and quality work. The new furnace is quiet and energy efficient.

Steve from Knight did a no-fuss, no-mess installation of our new dishwasher, and found a way to replace a broken mixer on our shower with parts from a new set - not an easy task without getting into the wall behind the shower. He was super easy to deal with, and got it all done quickly.

With ongoing issues with our water drainage, I found water in the basement around a fridge and our water heater. Thinking it was one of these, I called Knoght. Turns out the problem was a blockegae in the sewer drain caused by roots invading the pipe. It was cleared and everything back to normal within 2 hours. Turns out it was on City land and I should have called 311. But, all good, service was prompt, the problem identified and corrected. I like Knight and think they are professional and polite and charge reasonable rates.

Sean Sean performed warranty inspection on our furnace. He was polite informative and professional at all times.This was the first inspection on our furnace which was installed one year ago.
