Very good service, competitive price. George, the installer was friendly and I believe he went steps further to properly install furnace humidity vent line (much simpler than other installers suggested and with less work and pay of course), simpler different routing for air exhaust vent and good job on separation of the water tank air exhaust from it (req'd by code).

Dan provided prompt and efficient service, and kept me frequently updated on our plumbing complication since I was not on site. He was friendly, positive and funny! He truly went above and beyond! Thank you!

Had a furnace go in our house at midnight on a Friday. These guys responded quickly and had the problem repaired by mid afternoon....there were a few people in front of us in the que and the weather was decent so no major rush to get there... Knight Plumbing (George) identified the need to replace our basement in-floor heating boiler during their annual inspection. They scheduled the work in a timely manner and completed the job in the promised time frame. The work site was left clean and tidy and the new boiler is working well. George was friendly, knowledgeable, explained things well and attended to his work in a professional manner.

Geoff came to clean my boiler. I like how he took the time to explain what he was about to do, showing me pictures of jobs he had done in the past, with before and after shots. When he was done cleaning my own boiler, he showed me pictures of my boiler before and after the cleaning. What a difference! He speaks with knowledge and assurance about what needs to be done. I will book him for my furnace yearly inspection very soon!

The plumber for Knight, Dan, was great. He came early in the day which suited me perfectly and was done within the quoted time. He was very helpful explaining the ins and outs of the new Nuvo system and left the area clean. This is the second time we have used Knight and they have been excellent. I also had to call Knight this morning to find out where the serial number is on the new unit and Sherry was wonderful on the phone. Great service.

Sean was excellent and helped my elderly parents understand why furnace wasn’t working. He also looked at water softener without charge and had a great fix so no more salt bags. Fixed it and guaranteed it. Perfect.

Our boiler in our condo unit underwent a yearly inspection by another company in May, 2019 and since then it has not been working correctly. Apparently, the readings were set too high by this other company and we were experiencing a "Whump, whump" sound from the boiler. Your technician, Geoff, performed another inspection and set the boiler at the correct specifications and we have not had any problem whatsoever since he did this yesterday, Oct 2/19. Thank you so much, Geoff!!

I needed to replace my over 40 year old furnace. I called Knight for a quote. Scheduling of appointment was quick and easy. Sean came for the appointment on time, explained everything and emailed me a quote on the spot. Their quote was competitive but I went with another supplier due to their superior after sales service. However, watch out for Sean - when you’re not looking, he pastes hard to remove Knight service stickers on all the appliances in your equipment room to advertise his Company ! (clever guy !)
