My air conditioner was not cooling in August and I wanted to get it fixed before we needed the system again. Sean was able to test and determine the system needed to be recharged. Sean was thorough and checked the entire system. He quickly isolated the problem and started the recharge which was quick. Great service and great job Sean thanks! We are all set!

Annual service of high efficiency furnace. Two techs came over and spent an hour or so on a comprehensive check of the unit. Everything was okay and for verification they left a detailed checklist with the individual status of 22 components within the unit. I stared using Knight for heating and plumbing about a year ago and have yet to be disappointed. Pleasant, timely and efficient service at this company from receptionists to technicians. Reasonable rates, or at least as reasonable as you can expect from plumbers these days.

Andrew came and diagnosed the problem for me. Helped me order special replacement parts and gave me great advice on my toilets. He was pleasant, timely and helpful. I'm very grateful for Knights help!

Sean came from knight furnace and thank goodness he did. I’ve had trouble with my furnace not working and fan as well as air conditioning. A month before my carbon monoxide alarm went off in middle of night. Fire came and gave the ok to go back in. However we were sleeping with our windows open due to the air conditioner not working this year. As Sean found a crack in the furnace, he explained that several problems from this would arise such as coolant in air conditioner would leak etc plus carbon monoxide. Giving explanations for everything we’ve been experiencing. We’ve had the furnace serviced multiple times every year and this is the first anyone had mentioned about the crack. We are replacing everything and thankful that Sean finally found the main problem and everyone is ok.

Came promptly and gave estimate before work started. Did a good job cleaning all ducts that needed cleaning both furnace and cold air return . Would not hesitate to call them again

I had an appointment with Tom on September 6th to plan to install a furnace humidifier. Before he came, he gave you a phone call to remind you about the meeting, and he arrived on time, respecting our time schedule. When he came to our house, he made sure his shoes were clean and even wore some kind of bag around his shoes upon entering to show his respect and professional service. Once he inspected my furnace, he found that I actually had a humidifier installed, except that it wasn't turned on. I really appreciate their honesty and professional service. This company is absolutely on my first go-to company and highly recommended company. They could have charged thousands, but they were so honest that they didn't even charge a single dime!
