First service call was to check out increased noise in furnace. Technician seemed unsure of himself. Asked me to read manual and tell him what I thought. Did not seem efficient. No problems detected. 4 weeks later furnace stopped working intermittently.
Called company back, requesting more qualified and knowledgeable technician. Senior tech came. Suggested replacement of parts. No charge for his service.
Week later when parts being installed furnace stopped working. Technician recommended, after consult with other techs and boss, replacement of furnace. New Furnace installation went well.
