Sean, repaired our furnace a few days ago, We were extremely happy, as to how he conducted himself. He was very personable, and diplomatic in his approach. Explained the problem with our furnace in great detail together with the cost including the warranty. We would certainly be very happy to use him again.

They were very quick to respond to my request and arrived on time. The technician was efficient and informative of how to take care of the drain to avoid future problems.
