Dan came at 9: am with the new water tank - removed old tank and had the new one installed and old parts removed and area cleaned up before noon-did a great job. Put plastic bags on his shoes and on the fillet to move the new tank down stairs. Good job, would call them again - no problem

Geoff was very efficient. He is very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. I have no problem with always calling Knight plumbing and heating for service work. Thank you!

Andrew the plumber was very polite and friendly and was able to fix 2-3 required repairs. The 3rd required a part that I wasn’t wanting to pay for so all good. Tommy the furnace man was also very polite and friendly. He determined the source of my problem and will order the furnace board and call me Mo day to make arrangements to come and install.

Excellent experience. Out technician (Dan) is obviously a master at his trade. Will definitely use Knight in the future for all our plumbing needs as well as recommend to our friends. Thanks again. M

Needed water heater repaired service personnel friendly and efficient. Diagnosed problem several months back and part needed to be ordered. Never followed up with part but service technician in today to repair was helpful.

Received excellent service from Karl ,a smile on his face when we meet, He looked over the problem explained what needed to be done and BANG it was fixed . Very happy .

Very impressed with the service, they were able to have the service technicians come by the same same day to look at our water tank. As our water tank was a brand that is now difficult to get parts for they went over pros and cons of replacing/finding parts versus’ a new water tank. We chose to replace the water tank. Their installation was quick and they were courteous, professional, and very informative the entire time. I would definitely recommend Knight plumbing and will call them again if anything should come up. Thanks again guys!
