David G from Knight came to move our shutoff valve for a new dishwasher install. He was thorough and very polite. He worked quickly and showed me everything when he was finished. I’ll definitely call Knight again when I need a plumber.

Shawn is very professional and solved our problem. He answered our inquieries and very patient. He arrived on time as scheduled. He addressed our furnaced concern delibirately and timely manner.

I had a major problem with a new furnace installed three months ago and which the installers had been unable to fix. In frustration I looked around and called Knight Plumbing based on previous reviews. Karl their technician arrived promptly and resolved the issue in a couple of hours. This included a major part replacement and he handled the warranty claim for the part on my behalf. Because Knight was not the original installer there was no labor warranty for the repair. However, I was content to be out of pocket to have someone who knew what they were doing resolve an issue that was of considerable concern to me and which was indicative of a pending furnace failure. I would not hesitate to recommend Knight based on my experience with them. As an aside, Knight's front line reception staff were efficient and notably pleasant to deal with.

My furnace was intermittenly working Knight came out and within 2 hours had the part replaced and furnace back up and running. Excellent service and friendly staff from start to finish

When our furnace control board arced and burnt out one morning, we called Knight and were very happy to get a technician (Sean) within a few hours. Sean was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, and was able to quickly provide us options. While he was able to provide opinions (which we appreciated), he did not push us, leaving the repair-or-replace decision up to us. When we elected to replace the furnace with a new unit, he was helpful in the process of choosing an appropriate furnace, and Knight was able to provide it for a reasonable price. He also offered to bring by ceramic heaters to get us through the night -- while this was not needed (the weather wasn't too cold), we very much appreciated the offer. While he did mention the obligatory add-ons (humidifier, service plans), he was not pushy and accepted our decision on these. The installers were on-site in good time the next day, and were able to complete the installation professionally and quickly, giving us heat again! In short, we were very happy with Sean, the installers, and our new furnace. Knight provided very good service for us!

Called Knight and was cheerfully greeted on the phone. Had warranty service applied to replace defective water heater the same day. Andrew was courteous, efficient, and took less time than predicted for completing the work, thereby costing us less. We have booked him for another plumbing project next week. Hope it goes well, too.
