The faucet you were looking for is not a standard faucet, you mentioned to the service tech that your spouse was looking for a swan neck faucet that is not common and is not always available. Our CSR's are not service technicians and it was not advised at the time of booking that this kind of faucet that you were looking for. We do carry a lot of product but faucets like that are not standard so this would have been considered special ordered product. We do not guarantee times with customers as previous service calls can take longer then normal and that is why we provide a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arrival.
