Igor debugged the problem and ordered a new controller / thermostat for our furnace. He also showed me how to bypass the controller while waiting for delivery of the replacement part. He installed the new controller and tested it. He also hooked in our humidifier so we can control that from our central thermostat as well. So many thanks for the excellent work Igor.

My job was farmed out to a third party plumber which is fine, however they didn't respect the 2 hour service window I was promised by Knight Plumbing, they didn't show up and they didn't call. When I called Knight Plumbing I was told it was a crazy day but I was next on the list, but they couldn't tell me at what time.? When the plumber finally called I was told it was in my best interest to go and by the faucet myself, single handle faucets are 1 size fits all, call back for an appointment to have it installed. Makes sense except why would you make your customer sit at home and wait for a plumber to call ? Why couldn't your booking agent provide this direction? If you're going to farm out your jobs to a third party make sure they respect your customers assigned timeline. I bought the faucet but based on poor customer service I am looking at having it installed by a reputable competitor.

We had some moisture from the flue collar in our furnace that was causing the cabinet to rust. Tony was friendly, professional and prompt - he is a great communicator with excellent people skills. Tony discussed a few options and never tried to up-sell or instil worry. Knight will be my go-to moving forward - their knowledge, honesty and integrity are appreciated.

Weve worked with Tony and George a few times. Theyre both skilled, knowledgeable, and its always a pleasure having them in our home. Weve never been letdown by Knight and look forward continuing dealing with them well into the future. Tony installed our air conditioner and conducted regular service on our property a few times, and George helped us choose a new furnace and came to our aid during the recent cold snap when things were not running at peak efficiency. Wed be happy working with either one the next time we need service or assistance.

Did not wait long for Tony to come after calling for service. After checking that we needed to replace a part, good thing he had one on hand. Heating is working immediately after he left and did not have to wait for hours/days to fix the issue.

Dave came to my house this past Monday to help remove an old bathroom faucet. Dave was friendly, on time and very informative. He advised me of additional work that will require my attention in the coming months. Dave was really clean with his work, leaving my bathroom immaculate after he was done the new install. Derek and the team were professional, courteous and patient. He explained the process of either fixing or replacing the hot water tank, provided the quote and within 2 days replaced it seamlessly.
