We have just installed a Goodman AC and are delighted with our first experience using it. The installer Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful, arrived on schedule and left the area in good condition. We have found all the the company reps to be excellent.

Geoff and Brett arrived within the time promised and quickly identified the issue with my heater. They explained the parts that needed to be replaced and challenges with discontinued parts. The heater is working perfectly now and is no longer leaking.

Dan was the Plumbing Technician who serviced and solved our plugged bathtub issue. Upon arrival he provided a quote. He was helpful and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. since they do a good job!

I recently contacted this company to inquire about their plumbing services. I was met with a very friendly, courteous person on the phone who started my experience in a very positive manner. I was then booked with Geoff to follow up on a plumbing concern I had and found him to be very personable and knowledgeable and quick to answer my many questions. I am also delighted to find a company that offers all three services important to me; heating, plumbing and electrical; the latter of which I also spoke to electrician Evan, who again was very personable and was able to provide me with the information I needed pertaining to this service. Overall, I am impressed with the integrity, friendliness and knowledge of this team of employees. I am hopeful this experience will continue as I pursue more work from this team in the near future. Had a knock when turning on systems for season. Knights responded quickly as usual to our concerns came out and looked at system which was ok. Kevin came today to install our new air conditioning unit. He was super knowledgeable and super friendly. When he left I’d never even know he was here other then the house is now cooled. This pregnant mama is one happy mama. Knight was quick to come quote and pretty fast to come install. I’d use them again for sure.

My bathroom fan was broken and needed a replacement. Karl came and did an estimate, a time frame and showed me what needed to be done. Because the home was built in 1971 some adjustments needed to be made to fit the new fan into the bathroom. Karl and his associate David were professional, knowledgeable and hard working. The installation took an hour longer than estimated, but the extra time was needed to do a thorough and complete job. The gentlemen made sure everything was working and that my home was as tidy as it was before they did the job. Sincere thanks to Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for the jobs they have done for my home.

Tank started leaking last night. Called some other plumbers who said they could fit me in in 3-4 days. Geoff from Knight was here in two hours and the new tank was finished in another two. Very friendly, efficient and affordable,

Shutoff valve to outside water started leaking as soon as it was opened. Called Knight and they had someone out within 4 hours. Turns out the valve housing had a small crack. Andrew installed a new valve - took about 20 minutes. As we just bought the house last July and never had a walkthrough of everything in the utility room Andrew very kindly let me video him while he showed me where all the water shut offs were, what's what on the furnace and humidifier, etc., - all complimentary. He was extremely helpful and very courteous. Knight also helped us out when we had a furnace issue in December (it was about -30 outside), again with very short wait time and had us up and running in a short time span.
