Had Knight come out to my house for an electrical service call. Their electrician, Jeff, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair within 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them for this type of work.

We rec'd professional service from Brian, the advisor, through to Kevin who completed the job virtually single-handledly. The installation was completed faster than the initial estimated time and the area was left cleaner than when Kevin arrived.

Mike and crew from Knight Plumbing converted our hot water tank system to a tankless system. They were professional, friendly, and very willing to explain their work. Clean up of their work was surprisingly complete and tidy. We look forward to getting our new softener system installed. We have specifically requested Mike be the installer for this as well.

Karl from Knight plumbing and heating fixed my furnace in under 5 minutes. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectfull and understanding of our furnace not working at -20. He kept me in the loop while making his way over to our house. The entire experience was extremely positive and it was a pleasure dealing with Karl. I highly recommend this organization and Karl. Had a furnace fail late night and made the call to Knight Heater and Plumbing (also go by AAA-Assured Plumning and Heating Ltd.) Call made 11pm so we were quoted $179 call-out charge plus $260 per hour (regular rate is $130/hr). Tech arrived onsite, didn’t have all the parts to repair the issue so 3 hours later (2am) they dropped us a couple heaters and said to call back for second call-out during the day. Called back at 8am, explained to dispatch that the home has no heat (it’s -15C outside) and they tell me the repair will happen this afternoon. At 7pm next day the valve in question was replaced and the system is now functional. My personal review: -Technician was polite and we are grateful they dispatched in the middle of the night. He answered all calls and texts promptly. -timeline to fix the issue was too long imho, 24 hours without heat was a lot handle, if we knew this we would have looked at other options. -we understand you pay a lot for after hours calls, $1100 charged in 3hrs (including heater rental) was steep considering there was no repair done. $260/hr plus $179 fee. Overall we are just thankful the home has heat. You are always in a bind as a consumer when emergency repairs need to be done.

I called early morning when I realized the hot water tank was leaking and was advised to turn the tap off on the tank and to call back in an hour and avoid the after hours rate. They came out within an hour of my call. Dan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and got started right away. Dave was also very pleasant and quickly assisted Dan as well as upgraded the venting to code. They left the basement tidy, wore their booties and seemed to have the job completed in no time. I would definitely recommend Knight and use them in the future. (btw, I can't be the only one who finds those Pete the Plumber commercials offensive!!! Can bet if I had young girls at home I would NOT be inviting that guy into the house!!! ) Just sayin...

I required my main water shut off valve in my house to be changed to a new one , they were on time, very thorough, helpful and did the job very well.

Call for service was answered with "good morning, how can we make you smile today". Arranged a service call and it was determined that a new furnace was required. Kevin, the service man did a great jib doing the installation.

When I needed a plumber for my kitchen sink and pipes I called Knight Plumbing. When Sherry answered and was so pleasant and helpful I decided this was the plumber for me. Jason came as soon as the time was good for me and after an hour and half he had replaced my pipes so I wouldn't have the same problem for a third time and made sure everything was working properly. Jason was very friendly, made sure I knew what was needed and the cost prior to work being done and did the work fast and cleanly. Thank you Sherry and Jason I will definitely refer you to others and call you anytime I need plumbing done in the future
