Made appointment for an afternoon service call to repair a toilet at my elderly mother's home. Technician showed up early at 11 am without calling ahead so I was not there to meet him. Technician was polite, did a good job and left the work area clean. Toilet valve, gasket and washers were replaced. I thought $517 was high for the cost of parts and time involved, but I did not get an idea of the cost until the work was completed.

The technician , Andrew , who came to the house and did the work was friendly,knowledgeable and professional in his work. He explained the new water heater well ,also detached the old water softener in a way, so that we had the option of installing a new one easily down the road ,if we wanted one. At the call center it would have been helpful if the staff that made the appointments were allowed to give at least a ballpark figure about what a basic straight forward water heater replacement would cost ,like another company was able to do. We ended up paying the same amount that was quoted by a competitor even with the so called $200.00 off special. The pricing could have been more transparent.

Well done and they left everything quite clean. Other than a long wait to get the parts, all finished well.

They were there in a short time frame and were very competent and personable. Drop cloths and booties were used to keep the house clean. They cleaned up before leaving as well.

Andrew from Knights Plumbing replaced a leaking water tank for me on Nov 15/17 in Cranston. He arrived within the scheduled time envelope, did the replacement in an efficient manner and the area was left clean. The price quoted before starting the job was maintained.

Kevin was in today to replace our furnace, he was knowledgeable, he took the time to go over differences between the old and new. He did a great job, looks very neat and tidy, the house is warm and safe again! Thanks Kevin : )

We just had the pleasure of working with Knight Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and furnace cleaning. Cole arrived bright and early to get the ducts cleaned prior to our new furnace installation. Cole was courteous, knowledgeable, a joy to work with and always mindful of our comfort. Kevin arrived to complete the old furnace removal and the new furnace installation, he too was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and also mindful of our comfort. He took the time to explain all the benefits of our new furnace. I would highly recommend Knight to anyone looking for Heating, Plumbing, air conditioning and I learned today electrical. They instilled a feeling of trust, which is often overlooked in the service business today.
