Ciara came to get our kitchen sink unclogged. I was totally impressed with the service we got. She snaked the drain as well as checked all the pipes that could be found. Any problem or questions I had were answered. She cleaned up after having to cut a hole in the ceiling as well as the mess that was under the sink. She was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!!

My water heater died a week before Christmas, when I called for an appointment they were here the very next day. I was so impressed with how clean the install was you would’ve never known I had any work done. They were so professional, prompt said they’ll be here at eight they were here at 5 to 8. Told me it would be approximately two hours, it was two hours. I was very pleased with them and would definitely highly recommend them

We purchased a home in May 2017 and had a Trane central air conditioner and full HVAC inspection / service performed by George at Knight Plumbing, Heating & AC in June 2017. We were very satisfied with the work performed in June so when we decided it was time to have the remaining HVAC work completed in our home in Dec 2017 we contacted George at Knight again to quote and perform the work. All quotes are performed in home with costs provided before leaving your home. Both jobs (Jun & Dec) were scheduled and completed within 1 week of the quote. When the work was completed there were no last minute surprise costs; the quote was the actual cost. The overall satisfaction on both jobs had to come down to working with George through the entire process (quote to completion). The care and attention to detail which George takes during the installation process is exceptional and every job he has done for us seems like he is working on his own home. We will continue to call Knight for all our HVAC needs and thanks again George for the excellent work!

Thanks to Mark and Dave for their help with my recent hot water tank replacement. After too much unnecessary frustration over the past 10 years with traditional hot water tanks I decided to move up to a Navien tankless system. The installation team of Mike, Dave and Carson were very professional and kept me apprised of their progress throughout the day. The installation looks great and the system works awesome. Doesn't hurt that the government is kicking in to convert. If you are thinking of replacing, I would give this system and this team a close look.

Downstairs toilet had a leak. Phone call to book was very pleasant and Andrew provided excellent service. He provided a clear explanation of what what he would be fixing and also went above and beyond to double check the other bathrooms in my home.

Water heater gave it up and they were able to come and install a new one the next day. Install was quick and very professional. The technician was very conscientious about keeping my house clean. He wore booties to protect my floors and cleaned up when finished.

Andrew from Knight Plumbing was professional and efficient at not only replacing a leaky fill valve on our downstairs toilet but also in retrieving a pair of little tweezers that had fallen down the bathroom sink and could have caused a big problem eventually. Very reasonably priced as well. We'll definitely use Knight in the future!

Appointment was scheduled promptly and at a convenient time. Tyler was exceptional. He went above and beyond to resolve both issues; was very professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely call them again should other work be required.

A technician was able to come out and give me a quote within an hour of making a phone call. The actual job was scheduled 5 days after the initial meeting. Everything was explained, questions answered, and work was finished very quickly. We were only without water for 3 hours. Very professional and very efficient. Highly recommended.

The work was in a large home with two high efficiency Goodman furnaces and a Renai water heater. The technicians were on time, efficient, courteous and explained everything to me. This is necessary maintenance with these high efficiency furnaces and tankless water heaters. I know nothing about the new technology and much appreciate the information. Totally satisfied with the work. Will use Knight again.
