I had a water intake tube to my toilet burst during the early morning, just prior to Christmas Eve, and in the midst of Calgary's deep freeze. Dan arrived at my doorstep in under 2 hours, driving in near whiteout conditions. He not only managed to replace and repair the problem very quickly, but helped alleviate the stress of this traumatic experience. After Christmas, another technician, Ciara, came to my home to do a plumbing inspection and put a plan together to proactively upgrade the existing plumbing. She was very efficient and competent, explaining the likely source of future problems as this was a 15 year old home. I would highly recommend this company . I learned that not all of the companies that advertise 24/7 emergency services can fulfill that claim. I was very impressed that Knight Plumbing showed up at my door in under 2 hours of my emergency call, on a Saturday, on Dec. 23rd , with a snowstorm blowing outside. They are the consummate plumbing and heating professionals .

After our furnace died, we called Knight. Got a call back within 15 minutes. Kevin informed me that he would be at the house within 2 hours. True to his word. After diagnosing and explaining the issue, a new circuit board was installed. Kevin was personable, professional and efficient.

Mike came to look at my tankless hot water heater as it had a service code, that caused the heater not to produce hot water. Mike took a quick look at the system and determined that the code had fixed itself and what to do in the future if the code came back during a cold snap. After that he was also booked to do a yearly service on the unit but advised against doing it as it may create bigger issues in the future as it may break the copper heater exchange coils. Also the unit may start to leak as well. The unit is 9 years old and had never been serviced in the past. Mike provided me with a quote for a new unit when I want to replace. He was totally professional and not about just doing the work requested and then in a couple of weeks have the unit leak and then have to replace it. Knight plumbing has a great tech in Mike. Like the company I work for I see it as well in Knight plumbing that will direct the customer accordingly and advise against things and build the customer relationship. This made me very happy and have made me a repeat customer in the future.

Our furnace died in -30 weather. Called Knight at 7am and they were there by 11am - squeezed us into their day. Geoff was our service guy and did a great job assessing, explaining and doing the repair - he even ran out quickly to get the parts within 20 mins before the parts store closed. Our main sewer line overflowed in our basement. We called around and were pleased that someone would be able to get out same day as we had family visiting for the holidays. Dan was very personable. Although he did have to come back a second time same day due to the issue not being fully resolved, he did so promptly and got quickly to the task. We are happy with the service and would recommend Kinght's and Dan to others.

We were having issues with out toilet, had no suction and we couldn’t fix it with a plunger, Knight plumbing came out the very next day, she was very friendly, professional and walked me through all the charges, turns out it was a toothbrush that was lodged in the toilet.....kids! She was in and out within 20 minutes and the toilet works great again! We were very happy with her service and would definitely recommend this company!

When we got up on Dec. 22, the house was very cold. The board had failed in our furnace. Our contact company was no longer in business. The second company we called was a no show. When contacted the next morning, they would not even return our call. After Christmas we called KNIGHT. Dispatch said they would be here by 5 pm. Willi, our technician called 15 min. later, and said he was on the way. The first call was at 9 am, the job was finished and the heat was on by 11:30 am. Now that is what I call excellent service. These guys did a great job. I had a big problem with my furnace in the dead of winter. Called Knight plumbing and they sent George to take a look on short notice. He did a thorough assessment and he clearly explained the problems and the options. It ended up being better to replace the old furnace. The furnace was in a tight place and required moving the hot water tank and replacing some of the HVAC. George and his coworker did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.
