Cole was amazing!!! He was very thorough, explained and showed me what he'd be doing. He was very careful about keeping things as clean as possible. Arrived on time and took as long as he said it would. Great guy!!!!

Cleaning furnace and ducts. Was done with care and reviewed all with me when finished.

I just got a new furnace, and I wanted to thanks Kevin M from Knight. He was very efficient, courteous, knowledgable and clean. He even brought me some space heaters to keep the house warm until he could get the furnace in. I am thoroughly impressed with the company and the staff, and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Kevin is a gem! Thanks!

Andrew showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He assessed the job then sat down with me to explain what he had to do and how much it would cost. We agreed on the price and off he went. 2.5 hours later the job was completed. Andrew left the area clean. He also removed the old tank. Andrew is a valuable employee to this company. Have worked with Knight Plumbing, Heating and AC for a number of years ; their work is always done properly, never had to phone to complain about a job done; In my experience, when they were finished with the job everything was working 100% again. Also the Office staff when ordering a repair is knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating; even when phoned twice a day about the same job.

THRILLED !! We originally hired this company to replace a kitchen faucet in 2015. 6 months later in 2016 it started to leak, so we called to have a tech come out to repair it. They had someone out the SAME DAY and fixed it free of charge. A little more than a year later in 2017 we had another leak. Once again I called and they sent the same tech the SAME DAY ! It was a faulty piece and they repaired it under warranty. I didn't have to even pay a call out fee ! The tech was quick, courteous, friendly and got the job done professionally ! In addition, each time I have called in to their office, their customer service staff are excellent as well/ So friendly and helpful. Exactly that I want to hear on the other end of the phone !! I am so happy that we chose this company to work for us. We've been thrilled and will for sure hire them in the future AND recommend them to others !!

Kevin, Evan and especially George did an outstanding job when replacing our very, very old furnace and hot water tank. They also thought of some solutions to update the pipes to provide heat to the basement living room. Also, very kind to my Mom when explaining the work they did in her home.

Leak in basement went from fine mist to steady stream on copper pipe, then a second leak on a plastic line started. Geoge was on call and was very busy -said it would be around 9:30 pm before he could get to us. He arrived at 8:30pm and replaced the plastic line with a much better shut off and soldered the other. We appreciated George coming so late in the evening after putting in a long day. ( With apologies to his wife for keeping him out so late. ). From Ontarians very family in Calgary.

Karl explained what he was checking for and demonstrated how the unit should work. It was clearly clogged and had been damaged beyond repair so a new part was installed.
