Well today was the second time in a week that our furnace stopped working and Knight Plumming had to come out. The first time Geoff was quick and fixed the problem right away. A couple days later my room mate noticed the the furnace wasnt working again so I called and made an appointment. I requested Geoff come back becuase he was called out originally and that wasnt a problem at all. Geoff called both times and told me his ETA and was right on time both times. The second time out it was a pretty big job but him and Carson were quick to identify what the issue was. My inducer assembaly needed to be replaced and they were able to locate the parts and pick them up in a timely manner. They were very professional and answered all my questions in a language I could understand. I would recommend Knight Plumming to anyone I know especially if its Geoff coming out. Thanks for being my knights in Shining Armor. Keep up the good work

We were very satisfied with the work done. After talking to George and finding out the humidifier had been placed on the wrong side of the furnace and could do more harm than good , we went ahead with the work. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy that we went ahead and had the work done. The pvc pipe really did make the job complete instead of tubing that looked corroded over the years. The fan motor also was making noise over the years and after inspecting and finding a lot of play in the bearings we replaced that. Much quieter and peace of mind that the heater shouldn't fail us this winter. Must say if we do have a problem then I know we can call George again and know it will be done right. Would strongly recommend knight plumbing and yes we did do our research and picked the right company through homestars. Very satisfied.

We purchased new home recently, and needed a furnace inspection and tuneup, as well as correction for a failed and incorrectly installed humidifier. Kevin showed up on time, corrected the deficiencies and fully explained the work he performed. I will be calling Knight again.

Our water heater died on Thursday night, after some research at Home Stars, called Knight I was able to be second call out arrived at my home 1 Pm. Jay came in put on shoe covers my old tank was done gave me my options. I opted for larger size tank and he was on the job in five mins. Layed out runners up and down stairs completed job tested took pictures of both lit pilots one on furnace one on water heater. Went over the warranty they install top shelf water heaters "John Woods" our last one lasted 17 years. Good work Jay ! Total pro's from first contact to job completion

I was very satisfied with this company right from the start. When I called to book my appointment I was told about coupons I could find online for my service as well as the site I could find them. When Karl arrived at my door he was very professional. Karl gave me his business card & introduced himself before entering the house. He then put on shoe covers to cover the bottom of his shoes. Once Karl found the problem he explained what the issue was & gave me a price on having it fixed. When Karl was done he went over the bill in detail. He also went above & beyond to help me with my thermostat. I would highly recommend this company & Karl for your services.

We chose Knight to install our tankless water heater and water softener and are so pleased with our decision. Great customer service on the phone. The day of the install went very smoothly. Geoff and Kevin were professional and respectful of our home and left no mess. Geoff explained everything and answered all of our questions. It was such a pleasure to have technicians that knew exactly what they were doing. There was only one issue with the venting, but Geoff came over promptly and fixed it.
