I'm very happy with this company, I recommend it highly. They are very thoroughly. THEY COME IN AS A WORKER AD LEAVE AS A FRIEND. tHEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU ONE THE BILL.

Replaced the boiler, rewired everything neatly, timely and got the price quoted. George is very thorough, neat, efficient and courteous.

We had our hot water tank replaced and water line run to our refrigerator. Jason assessed work and provided me a quote and explanation of what work he would be doing. Upon completion, he cleaned up his work area and then explained pertinent details regarding the hot water tank and warranty details for future use. I definitely recommend engaging his company for your plumbing needs. Jason is very Customer focused and an valuable asset to his company.

I moved recently, and hired Knight to swap out the old kitchen faucet for a nicer new one. While Geoff was here he also patiently tightened up my bathroom taps (which were all lose and wobbly) and fixed my thermostat (it was way off on reading the room temperature, and I thought I'd have to get a new one - he had it fixed in about 30 seconds, no extra charge). A reasonable cost, prompt and polite with the knowledge and tools to do the job, and also kept me informed about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. (And also willing to come out on a Saturday!)

We have a 1950's house with a 1950's boiler that stopped working as soon as the weather turned a little chilly. George came in and itentified the problem immediately and fixed it within the hour. He let me know that there were a couple parts that would need to be replaced soon and gave me a quote while he was here. Knight has always been reliable. I'd be happy to use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Kevin from Knight replaced our AC and diagnosed and corrected issues with our furnace (improper installation - it's less than 2 years old and was purchased and installed by someone else - had he not identified and corrected these issues, we would have likely had to replace this new furnace a few years from now). He was wonderful to work with - technically proficient, but more importantly, very honest and trustworthy, very helpful regarding our options, fast and very pleasant. We would rate the service he provided as above and beyond.

Our upstairs toilet was making horrible noises. Sounded like someone dying inside an iron lung! We tried messing around with it, and only made things worse. So in came Jason and Andrew from Knight. An hour later, problem solved. Delighted with the professional approach.

Hats off to Jason, Jay, and Carson for a job well done to install the bathtub in our master bathroom. This was a difficult installation including installing the pump below the floor, wiring two dedicated electrical circuits, etc. In the end, a beautiful product. Geoff, the technician went out of his way to drive to a shop to get the correct furnace filter for my furnace. He was very thorough in servicing the furnace so I have no worries getting through another Calgary winter.
