I had previously used Knight Plumbing several years ago. Furnace needed to be checked and Knight was the first place I thought of to do this work and I had been very satisfied the first time I had used their services. Geoff, the technician who was here this morning, was polite, cheerful and informative about how he would do the work, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He kept me informed about the progress of the work and how well the furnace was functioning. I got a full written report of what was done, and recommendations for future work. I am a very satisfied customer.

Jason did a fantastic job - fixed the shower which was leaking and tightened the faucet in the kitchen sink. I had taken the shower apart and realized the requirements of the job were beyond my ability. He arrived at the time promised by Knight Plumbing, fixed the leak in a pipe... put the shower back together... applied silicon to seal the shower around the plumbing... and also tightened the kitchen faucet. Very impressed.

I would no use this tcompany again . The Tec Jay was not familiar with the shower system had to Phone for help. Sources the part but took about 1 .5 hours to pick up part from South center with the water off so he charged me for that pick up at regular price . The is a consumer report issue or sixty minutes took part was $ 173.00 .the rest was Labour see Bill attached

My 20 year old air conditioner died a few weeks ago. This was not the summer to have a non-functioning air conditioner especially in a condo that gets no cross ventilation. I had another company come and try to do some repairs but that failed after a couple of weeks. I then called a different company to get a quote on a new unit and they tried to sell me something over the phone without having even seen my place. Then I looked on the Better Business Bureau to see who got the best recommendations and selected Knight. Considering the run on getting air conditioning this summer, they were pretty prompt to send someone around to discuss possibilities. I liked the person that came because he didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. We made a selection together based on the size of my condo and based on the previous installation. I was able to get the unit installed within a couple of days which was great because the hottest days were forecast for a fews from then. There appeared to be some difficulty with the installation initially because of problems from the original installation. The technician, however, sorted everything out and was able to install as originally planned with no additional wiring or anything else. The job was done within about 6 hours which, given the fact that a crane had to lift of the old unit and there was some concern about the need for rewiring (which was not necessary in the end, I felt was good. I was not able to be home during the installation - the maintenance person at my building kept an eye on things. When I got home the condo was nice and cool and everything had been left clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the outcome and have an excellent warranty on parts and labour which can be transferred to new owners should I choose to sell my condo during the next ten years. A new air conditioner (or furnace for that matter) is a costly undertaking so you want to feel confident with the company you are dealing with. I was very pleased with the service I received, the professionalism and courtesy of the people I dealt with and the price. As I mentioned, no one tried to "up sell" me and I am very happy with the result. I would recommend Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning if you are in need of any of their products or services.

James was a gentleman throughout the install. He had taken the time to show me warranties and information that I may need to know in the future. Cleaned up afterwards and didn't damage anything in the home while moving the tanks.

I am extremely happy with the customer service I received today . I purchased my own kitchen taps and guts for toilet . I called in at 8:15 am . I spoke with Maria . She had awesome customer service and made me feel very comfortable upon taking my information. I got a call with in 5 min from tech Jason said he would arrive with in a hour and a bit . Jason arrived under a hour . Explaned pricing before he started job . He was so helpful with all my questions and answered them . He quoted apox 2 hours . He had job done in one hour . Jason was fantastic and very professional. I would highly recommend your company and Jason to get the job done . Thank you for great service from the phone call in and Jason getting the job done . Problem during long weekend. Tyler came as soon as he could and kept me informed all the time. When he came he was very professional, gave me a quote, and ask for signature. Work took about 45 min. Tyler then took me through the steps of switching the valve on once city had come to open outside valve. He was at all time pleasant, professional and personable.

I've used a couple of different plumbers recently & decided to give Knight a try. Although the call out fee was slightly higher than others, the pricing for the work itself was middle of the road. Jason was professional, efficient & took the time to explain what the possible problems/fixes were. He started with the easiest & cheapest option for the old faucet. Luckily the part was available and solved the problem quickly. It saved me from a brand new installation. I would definitely call them again.

We chose Knight for a new central air conditioner install and are so pleased with our decision. Brian (the Salesman) was very professional and attentive. The day of the install went very smoothly. Leigh (Electrician) and George (HVAC) were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. It was such a pleasure to have technicians that knew exactly what they were doing. The air conditioner is working great and we have had no problems with it. Also, the electrical work passed City inspection with no problem. The only minor hiccup was that it took about a month to get the winter cover for our air conditioner. Other than that, things went extremely well. We are very happy with our decision to go with Knight.

We have had this company service the home we live in, many times and every time the service was great, fast, and the employees are wonderful people. The service worker knows what he needs to do to get the work done correctly. I would never call a different company as this company meets and exceeds all my high expectations. Great Job thanks.
