Tyler was very pleasant and accommodating to deal with. The repair was simple although he had to pick up a new handle and so the cost was high due to additional travel time. I appreciated the promptness of the service call.

Our hot water tank had twice stopped working and we feared needing to replace it. Cole & Geoff offered reasonable options for how to fix the problem without spending more than necessary. We are confident that if more attention is needed instead, we will continue to receive good service.

Called to book an appointment to have my furnace & hot water heater inspected as well as a minor repair on a drain hose from the furnace. Was called back very quickly to confirm appointment, technician Geoff arrived on time and was very friendly informative and thorough. The job was completed in a timely manner and professionally. I would recommend Knight to anyone in need of plumbing/heating services.

While I found Knight Plumbing to be friendly and to do a good job installing our water heater, I found out after the fact that I ended up paying a significant amount more than I would have if I would have gone with other companies. I wish I had I done my research and compared prices instead of panicking when our water heater stopped working.

Jason's skills as a plumbing technician are exemplary. We had Jason here in January and he found our basement flooding problem when no other plumbing company could. He was able to ascertain It was an outside discharge line that had frozen. Because of his skills, we will not allow any other plumber in our house. Now we had another water problem unrelated. Bedroom ceiling in the basement was water stained. Tried to trouble shoot ourselves by opening up the ceiling but could find nothing. Jason found the seal to the toilet was leaking. Jason is incredibly thorough. Not only this but he is kind and takes the time to explain what the problem is. We highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumbing technician who is the best of the best. Again, we will call on no other. Knight's Plumbing are fortunate to have Jason as an employee.

I'd definitely recommend Knight Plumbing and Heating to anyone! The technician, Geoff, who attended our home was professional, knowledgable, courteous, and reviewed everything he did on our broken furnace in detail. My husband and I appreciated Geoff's recommendations too on considering a new furnace. Very happy with this company.

Had an older tub tap that was leaking badly for my rental, which I didn't have the tools to fix. Contacted Knight online and easily set up an appointment for the next day. Willi and his apprentice Carson fixed it up, rebuilt/replaced my taps, and offered some great advice on replacing the tub and some other plumbing renos. They had run out of a part for the older plumbing but were prompt in getting it from their store, and were always super friendly and professional. Thanks!

We had a leak coming out of a pot light in the basement. The leak started on a Friday night. On Saturday morning, I rang Knight Plumbing to see if they could come out and fix the leak. I had a call back from Georges within 5 minutes. George was at our house a couple of hours later. He identified the source of the leak right away. It was our kitchen faucet that was leaking on the main floor. The rates were very reasonable. George was very easy to deal with, and he was quick to fix the problem. George also gave me a quote for additional upgrades that will save us money on energy consumption. I am planning to go ahead with his recommendations. A big thank you to Knight Plumbing to taking away a big headache that would have otherwise ruined our week-end!
