Excellent customer service & professional techs! We called on a Saturday as our water heater stopped working. The on-call tech was very knowledgable and walked us through some troubling shooting VIA the phone. We decided to wait until Monday for service and the tech told us to call the office first thing Monday morning. However, before I could do so, a woman from Knight Plumbing called me at 7:30am and the Tech (Dan) was at our door at 8:00am. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly and VIA warranty. I was extremely satisfied with my first experience with Knight Plumbing and we will use them exclusively for all our plumbing, heating, AC and furnace needs going forward.

Need a good plumber ask for Jason known to them as big Jay as there are two jasons working for this company big jay is very good at what he does and explains everything to you.He also cleans up after he is done. If your rating was higher I would give him 19 plus

We had our furnace and ducts cleaned by Knight plumbing.David and Cole, the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how things work. They were also very polite and respectful. We were also having some challenges with our main drain (rotten egg smell when washing machine was draining). Jason, the technician, came and provided a number of options and their corresponding prices. We decided to make sure our stack was okay and had it scoped with the camera. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the whole process.He then provided a number of options to resolve the issue.He was very respectful and personable. We decided to sign up for the preferred membership as it has a number of benefits and basically pays for itself.

Knight Plumbing installed an air conditioning system in my recently constructed home. I found them to be very professional throughout the whole process. They came to our house to review our needs and gave us a quote on a system they felt would meet our needs. They came back and installed the air conditioner on the agreed to date, the installation job looked very professional and they cleaned up their mess and showed us how to operate the system before they left. There were no surprise charges and they provided us with our warranty information. Overall I was very impressed with this company and would recommend them to a friend.

It was taking 90 seconds or more for the water to get lukewarm at the kitchen taps. Called with the problem on Monday, by Tuesday noon the issue was resolved. Service manager stopped in to diagnose and wrote the instructions for the technician. Technician knew exactly what he was up against and what to do. No stories about out of stock parts or comments like 'they never told me that'. Spotted another problem during the inspection which was fixed by the technician during the same visit. Outstanding service!!

The Technician inspected our current thermostat and determined that the switch was defective. He replaced it with a new Honeywell model.

Jason installed a sink when I changed the countertop. As usual, his service was prompt and professional. When he has completed the job, I know it's done right. I highly recommend him to other customers.

Old water tank developed a leak and we decided to replace it with on demand hot water. Decided also to upgrade aging furnace to new high efficiency unit. We have used Knight in the past and are confident in their abilities and integrity. Service was fast, clean and efficient and their staff are first rate in answering any questions. Excellent job!

Showed up on time, explained what was to be done & costs, completed repair & tested then on his own did a complete hose plumbing inspection. Great job done in short order.
